Love my dentist! Dr. Koepsel does fabulous work and is always so happy to see me :-D Comfort is their top priority, so if you have any nerves about going to the dentist they will definitely take good care of you.

They have helped me through an impacted wisdom tooth and a failed root canal (ouch!), and I couldn't be happier with how quickly they were able to work me in when I was in pain and get me the treatment I needed.

Great staff and a great doc. You can't go wrong here!

Tiffany was incredibly thorough with my cleaning which makes me happy because everywhere else I go rushes through my teeth cleaning. Everyone there was very genuine and clear about all questions and concerns I had. If you’re trying to decide where to go for your appointments, East Wichita Dentist is a great place to start.

Dr. Koepsel, Dr. Pargman, Dr. Cole and all the staff at East Wichita Dental are simply amazing! Every visit has been a total success. Not only do they provide excellent care, but they go the extra mile in making sure you are comfortable and at ease. My primary dentist, Dr. Pargman, is simply top-notch in both knowledge and skill, always keeping me informed about the treatment plan. She is simply a kind, caring doctor dedicated to precision and excellent results. I also couldn’t be happier with my recent cosmetic work with Dr. Pargman, along with Patricia who did a superb job assisting with design, comfort, and fit. I now have a brand new smile! And my preventive visits have all been fantastic. I always feel I am receiving special treatment during any procedure. Thank you Tiffany and others for the gentle cleanings! Also, if you need help navigating the financial side of dental care, Sandy and Joyce are your gals. Their expertise in maximizing insurance benefits and minimizing costs is unmatched. They genuinely care about helping patients achieve their dental goals. I highly recommend EWD to anyone seeking outstanding, personalized care. I count each team member as a trusted friend!

Let me start off by saying, I hate the dentist. I’ve been to numerous dentists over the years for cleanings. Although some are definitely better than others, I haven’t found an office that sticks with me. After a visit to this office, I can happily say I have found my favorite dentist office in Wichita. The staff is friendly and helpful in every way. I’ll just say it now, Dr. K is the best dentist in Wichita hands down! He is thoughtful, personable, and gets the job done. I can’t forget his sidekick Roxy! She is extremely kind, and has no problem explaining any questions. Laura always has a smile on her face, and she will do her best to assist you. This office is filled with amazing people who truly do want to help their patients. Let me add that I’ve only been to this office twice, and they left this impression on me. Give them a chance! You’ll thank me later :)

Awesome experience at this location, The Dentist and the staff members were absolutely amazing, I went in to have a tooth extracted , I was extremely nervous, but Dr Koepsel and his assistant assured me that they would take care of me and I would be Okay. They did just that, that tooth was extracted so fast I didn’t feel a thing. The front desk staff made me feel very comfortable from the beginning and at the end of my visit. I urge you to take your dental needs to this facility. I enjoyed my experience, and I’m much more comfortable going to the Dentist now. Thanks to you all.

I have the biggest dentist phobia! They made it so comfortable and easy. My first visit felt like my tenth visit, Amy was the hygienist and she did an amazing job. Dr. Pargman does a great job, very convenient and can get you in fast. Made a painful visit not so painful. Would highly recommend !!!

I called this location after having a horrible experience at an oral surgeon's office. Front desk was so supportive and compassionate and they sought to take care of me from start to finish. Kelsey was super kind and knowledgeable, and Dr. Koepsel was very friendly. Both he and Kelsey didn't scare me when talking about my teeth, even though I need quite a bit of work done.

If you live on the east side of Wichita, by all means go to this place for your teeth. If you live on the west side, still, come here! It's well worth the time and gas money.

Do NOT go to this crooked place! Joyce is an absolute thief!!! Came in, paid $1,300 for my permanent bridge, PAID, set my appointment for the next morning; when I came in to get my teeth fixed Joyce told me that she would NOT honor our payment arrangement and would not return the money I paid. I have now filed a police report, reported them to the Dental Association, and have filed a small claims suit. Please do NOT spend your hard earned money here. The dentist may be great, but Joyce in the business office is an absolute lying thief!

Professional, Personal, Thorough & Dedicated. Can tell they enjoy what they do! So glad I chose to listen to others and come here. Now been coming here for 2 years and things just keep getting better!! They only do what is necessary, and I trust them.

Can't say enough about East Wichita Dentist and how highly I recommend them. The staff is wonderful, welcoming and reassuring. Tiffany, MY dental hygienist, was so sweet and comfortable to be around and Dr Koepsel was so personable and knowledgeable. They made going to the dentist the highlight of my day. Thank you!
