Went back this last week to get a second opinion, as I have moved to another state. Dr. K caught a fracture in my #3 tooth that another 2 dentists didn't! It was worth the 6 hours of driving to get crowned by Dr. K and the awesome Ashley. I will get my teeth cleaned in Oklahoma, but will certainly back to see Dr. K for the dental work!

Excellent service great staff best experience ever I had 2 teeth that were really bad and I was in so much pain the staff here was so kind I wouldn't reccomend anyone else!!!!!!

It was only my third time at East Wichita Dentist but yet some of the employees knew me by name. Tiffany was my hygienist and she took her time with my cleaning. She was gentle but also made sure she did a thorough job. She was very friendly and also made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Koepsel is super friendly and makes you feel at ease. As someone with a little bit of dental anxiety I would definitely recommend this place!

The staff, technicians, and doctor were friendly, engaging, and will to patiently answer all questions and inquiries. Office staff were very helpful in providing ways and means to pay or finance office visits and future events.

I called this office on a Monday, hoping and praying that I could get in. I had broken a tooth that past weekend and a filling had also fallen out of it. I was in severe pain and they got me in that morning. I needed a root canal and a crown and every person from the front desk to the dentist, himself, was awesome. I was in the dental chair most of the day and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My assistant was funny and we talked like old friends. My dentist was amazing. I actually fell asleep while getting my root canal! I was that relaxed. They went through payment options with me and, honestly, for as much as I had done, the final cost was half of what I thought it would be. AND~normally you have to get a temporary crown and wait until the permanent one is done 2-3 weeks down the road, but they had mine done within an hour. No having to go back - & since I live an hour away, that was so nice.

These are some of the greatest people!!! The dentist, himself, called me the next day to make sure I was doing ok and not in any pain and a week later, I got a thank you card from the assistant, letting me know she enjoyed our time together and spoke of the conversations we had in the card- so I know she remembered me. That’s pretty remarkable for this day and time. My kids and I will definitely be going back. They are a wonderful crew and I thank all of them for helping me in my time of need.

They are so accommodating and receptive to patients‘ wants and needs. The entire staff works to make sure you feel comfortable, safe, and well-informed from the waiting to the service to the financial portion of each visit. Their office is clean and everyone communicates really well with other staff and patients. I recommend all the staff, but on my particular visit Michelle stayed with me, understood my fear around anesthetic and got me glucose tablets and water to help my shaking after the anesthesia caused an adrenaline rush. No one rushed me through any part of my visit, and Dr. Pargman made sure my filling was comfortable to bite and she clearly answered all of my questions. Thank you!

Everyone in this office is friendly and helpful every time I have been there. I especially like the way they always explain what they are doing and why. I will be more than happy to remain with this office for further dental work such as cleaning twice a year.

This is the best dentist office in Wichita! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the staff is always ready to answer questions and help in any way they can! Dr. Koepsel and Dr. Pargman are top-notch! There is always time for great conversations and laughs. Thanks for making my experience fantastic each and every time.

The service provided at this Dentist is phenomenal. The customer service is just as good if not better. They call you by your first name and make you feel welcome and at home. My wife also goes to this dentist and we have the same hygienist, she remembers everything they talk about. Its as if we've known each other for years, her name is Tiffany by the way, and she does great work. I tried this place out due to the last place seeming outdated and not too friendly. This place blew that out the water. Super happy with the Dentist office I have now and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new Dentist

Amazing care and staff. Made to feel welcomed the minute you step in the door until you leave. Staff throughout the whole place are nice, greet you with a smile and very welcoming. Dr. Ashton Pargman is amazing and a truly care dentist. Would recommend to anyone!
