East Wichita Dentist

This place changed my view of "Goingto the Dentist". I have never had "real" dental work done. Like I've done small cleanings here and there but nothing serious at all...ever! But I was going to a dentist and was having severe tooth pain and they told me I needed a Root Canal but couldn't help me until a month later. I couldn't wait that long. So I called around and found this place and they got me an appointment for three days later at 8am and it was pretty amazing. I needed a lot of work done in one day and they did it all (as long as I was comfy). I was what the Doctor called a "Marathon Patient". The receptionist, the hygienist, the Dental Assistant & The Dentist herself we're pretty great, nice, sweet, funny and I felt really cared about how I was feeling considering all the work I was having done at once. I don't think I'll ever go to another Dental office while living out here :-)

I've been to several dentists in a few states. Not only do these people have the best prices paired with the high quality environment/service you expect with higher prices, but the staff truly care, obviously love their job, and treat you as such. Dr Koepsel actually gave me honest advice for treatment that clearly had nothing to do with money. That's rare. And he wasn't finishing my bridge until it was perfect! Also, he's hilarious. And the dynamic between he and the staff, notably Patricia who assisted him, is fun and just makes you feel comfortable. Seriously, don't go anywhere else!

People always laugh when I tell them how much I love going to the dentist. Much of that is due to the amazing people at East Wichita Dentist. From my incredible hygienist, Tiffany, to Dr K to the welcoming front end staff, it is always a pleasure (and a lot of fun!) going to the dentist.

Who enjoys the dentist? I know I hate to go but when I stepped through the door I was greeted with a smile and quth prompt service.. I was talked through the whole procedure and gained knowledge that would help lead me to better dental health. The staff that works here are amazing and caring people. I found my dentist home! Thanks East Wichita Dentist!

I went to this dentist because my husband is a patient there he said they were very gentle and did good work. I have severe dentist phobia. I was in tears when I called the dentist to make an appointment and the receptionist was so wonderful so kind and compassionate. I went in for my first visit and found that the whole staff was that way from the receptionist to the person doing the billing to the dentist and the dental hygienist they are a wonderful group of people that make you feel comfortable , are very gentle and let you know up front what your cost is going to be for the next procedure. When my husband went to them they gave him several choices as to which direction to go with his teeth, we felt like we were in control of what was going on how much we were going to spend and what the outcome would be I was 200% pleased with them in every way highly recommend them if your looking for a new dentist be sure to try them first. After going there I am sure I will NEVER go anywhere else.. They really deserve more than five stars.

Not a person to leave a lot of reviews but I had to give them an absolute 5 out of 5 stars! I would rate higher if they would let me! Went in for an emergency and they were able to get me in straight away, did exactly what I requested and made sure they did they best they could and that I had no pain while getting it done! Also, great pricing on all procedures, great people, definitely would choose over any other east side dentist!

Very accommodating and friendly. They were able to work around my tight schedule and see me last minute. Michelle did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth! Huge thanks to the entire staff. You guys were wonderful! I highly recommend this office.

The staff at East Wichita Dentist are amazing. Every one I have been treated by has done an exceptional job. If anyone I know needs a recommendation for a dentist I would not hesitate to recommend East Wichita Dentist!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I believe I have found my dental home. My dentist was Dr. Cole she informed me of every move she made. I would highly recommend this office!!!

The office staff were exceptionally kind. When I called to set up my apt, they were able to work around my work schedule and was able to get me in quickly. The office itself is a little misleading on the outside, bc you don’t expect it to be as BIG and as high tech as it is!!! There were TVs in the corner of almost every room and while there were no doors, you didn’t feel like the person in the next room could hear your conversations. The technicians were kind and knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I was able to see my X-ray within minutes of them being taken and we were able to discuss my wisdom tooth removal and why I would need to be referred to an oral surgeon. I learned more about my teeth in an hour and a half visit than all my late night googling dealing with tooth pain. I even received a handwritten letter from Michelle today thanking me for my visit. Which is why I’m writing this review now. The care and dedication shown by everyone on this team put any fear or trepidation I had out of my mind! I called them bc they were the most reviewed dentist in Wichita and now I know why! (Please note that the letter did not ask me to write a review. I was moved to do so on my own volition.)
