If I could give this office more than 5 stars, I would!! I have found my new dental office. I was in today for an extraction and bridge and Dr. Koepsel and his staff are TOP NOTCH! Alex was the dental assistant and put me at ease immediately. Asked what music I liked to listen to, turned it on and then turned up the laughing gas (LOL!) and off we went. Who's a fan of going to the dentist? Not me! But I am a huge fan of Dr. Koepsel and his office. Can't wait to go back for my cleaning with Tiffany next month! Highly recommend!!

Awesome Experience!! Haven't been in years since my last dentist retired. Resulting in an emergency visit to East Wichita Dentist Clinic. They scheduled me in right away as my pain was 10+. This place is a first class clinic! Upon arriving, I was greeted by Gaby and given a short tour of what they had to offer, insuring that everything was done in house with the latest technology. I had to have a root canal done so this was nice to know that my crown was not going to a foreign office to be molded! Luckily, I got Dr. Koepsel to rescue my tooth! Dr. K and Gabby professionally explained all and every scenario that could be done with my tooth before any procedures were done, this was important to me because it was my first. I am so fortunate to now have a clinic that is gonna look out for me and be equipped to handle any situation in house! Dr. K is professional and concise and best part is he is not retiring anytime soon he will be there for my dental needs for years to come! My smile has never been brighter and my bite has never been stronger! Thanks Dr. K and staff for all your loving professional care! It really shows in the work that you do! Also if your lucky you will get a TV to watch during your visit! Thanks again see you at the next check up! -Jimmy

Went in today to get my husband taken care of with a root canal, which takes about 3 hours, give or take. Dr. Ashton, and her assistant (I don't know her name but she's just as awesome and deserves credit), are extremely funny and their stories are entertaining. They're also both very sweet to my husband, who is terrified of anything dental. They tried their best to make him comfortable and it's very appreciated.

Best experience I've had at a dentist office by far! It had been about 2 years since I last visited East Wichita Dentist, but when I went in, the receptionist, office manager, hygienist, and Dr. Koepsel remembered my name and were genuinely happy to see me. The service was great, per usual, and their professionalism continues to be unmatched. Visits to the dentist office can be daunting, but the East Wichita Dentist office makes it a breeze. Never thought I would be one to say this about the dentist, but I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Fast Friendly and Superb. Staff also helped me find affordable dentist coverage for myself since my income is so low. Had a tooth extraction done there for a very affordable price. Its wonderful to feel like the staff and the dentists there absolutely care about what your going through and how they can help.

I can not brag enough about this place! Over the weekend, I fell on the concrete and broke both of my front teeth 😫 I left a voicemail at the office and they fit me in first thing Monday morning. I had no idea how I was going to afford to get them fixed and was distraught. Joyce (in billing) pulled me into her office, calmed me down and wrote everything down for me. She explained everything patiently and we came up with a plan to get my teeth fixed that day! Doctor Pargman and her hygienist Patricia were AMAZING! After being told by a less reputable office that my teeth were not salvageable, those two were about to save one and helped me keep my roots. They were unbelievably patient and personable. If I could give this place 100 stars, I absolutely would! 💚💚💚

I have never felt so taken care of like I was at East Wichita Dentist! After leaving my retainer in a hotel room last year, I was distraught when I could feel my teeth moving rapidly. At the time, I was living out of state and struggling to find a trustworthy AND affordable dentist to get fitted for a new retainer. East Wichita Dentist put me at ease with a comfortable and speedy process from scheduling my appointment to receiving my new retainer. HIGHLY recommend. Great customer service and final product.
