East Wichita Dentist

I recently moved to Kansas from Nj and had a severe toothache that needed immediate attention. I saw Dr David Koepsel and he was by far the BEST dentist I had the pleasure of meeting. His bedside manner was beyond impeccable. I’m a nervous nelly when it comes to the dentist, not only was he completely understanding and patient but he went above and beyond to make me comfortable. He explained all my options throughly and truly made me feel at ease. If you are looking for a Dentist that shows genuine concern instead of looking to take advantage of your pocket, I highly recommend Dr Koepsel. Furthermore his staff specifically Sandy and Joyce are 2 of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting since moving. 5 stars in my book! Thanks so much Doc and staff for making this Jersey girl feel at home!

The staff was very well organized and were very prepared to answer any questions about the visit. They sat down and went though each of the three services that could be used on my dental process in depth. It is nice to have them accept my wife and I as new patients. Looking forward to starting my procedure next week.

This was my first time visiting this dentist. Ashton Pargman DMD was so friendly and kind. She made sure my mouth was comfortably numb before performing the tooth extraction. She kept me informed before and throughout the procedure and answered any questions I had. I didn’t feel a thing! Absolutely amazing people, amazing environment, and just a great experience overall. I will be making this my regular dentist office!

This place is phenomenal. The receptionists were excellent and attentive. The clinic was super clean. The nurse who helped me today was very helpful and caring. Dr. Kepsel was funny and brilliant. He continued making sure I wasn't having any pains and extracted my wisdom teeth without any discomforts. The price was very affordable for a student like me. I highly recommended this place to everyone.

I was totally amazed at the professionalism of the staff and the Doctor was the best I have dealt with. After my bad experiences with Wichita family dental on 21 on the east side of Wichita, the doctor kept it very professional when telling me that the dentures where not made correct and he is willing to try and work with them for now. And after all this he made time to call me him self and see if I was alright with what they had did for me, that's made the experience over the top. Please visit this office first and then you will see that everything I said is true. Thank you so much for enlightening me on my problem dentures and it is not me. Brian Stevens

This is the best dentist I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of dentists!!!!! Everyone there is so wonderful!!! They are so very informative and give you all options without the pressure!!!! I will never go anywhere else. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t finally be getting comfortable smiling again. It was juts by chance that I had a bad tooth and my normal dentist wanted me to wait a week to get me in and that was after I had to drive all the way there because they wouldn’t answer the phone and kept me on hold the second time I called for 45 mins! So, I googled emergency dentists and East Wichita dentists came up!!! I called and they were able to get me In the next morning and would have actually done it that day but I had an appointment that I couldn’t miss. I could type all day, but this group of people are the best in the business and in town! Thank you so much!!!!

Best experience I've ever had at a dentist! I called on a Wednesday at 4pm and they got me in the next day at noon. Ended up needing a root canal and they were able to do it the same day. The girls were all awesome and so nice. I will definitely be going back. I just wish they had an office out west. But I highly recommend!!

I started coming here six years ago and the people keep me coming back. Tiffany, Dr Koepsel, Kelsey, and the front desk folks are good about listening to my needs and providing me with
quality teeth cleanings. I'm prompted for x-rays each time I visit, but I say no thanks and the staff respects my choice. I wasn't sure how things would be when the former owner/dentist retired, but David has done a great job since he stepped in and bought the practice. I'd go so far as to say things have improved. One can tell when employees are glad to work for a business, and there's no exception here. When I want to learn, Tiffany does a really good job educating me on how I can better take care of my teeth. It turns out good brushing and flossing technique is important for long term health of your mouth and your body. I learn something new each time I come. I'm grateful for the service here.

Dr Cole and assistant Tiffany were amazing. We have been to several dentist and this is our favorite one! The kids loved everyone there!

Compassionate and competent. I have been a patient for some time now, I came in with a need for a large amount of restorative work. From the receptionist to financial to insurance to hands-on caregivers, all are professional, engaging, and compassionate. I've always received full disclosure of procedures and their costs. I have had a lot of anxiety about dental work due to previous experiences and I have absolutely no complaints here. Only praise.
