Very friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. The entire staff goes above and beyond of making you feel welcome and fully explain the procedures and costs. They took exceptional care of my mom and were very patient and caring, cannot ask for anything more.

Yet another update: after less than a year since I had fillings done here, half of them need to be redone due to sub par work. Going to this office was a huge mistake that has caused my money to go down the drain.

First of all, let me just say that I have no issue with the hygenist or office manage here. They were very friendly and efficient. My only issue is the way they do their billing and with the dentist Mark Foster that did my fillings. I was seen and had my visit covered 100% after it went through both of my insurance policies. At the visit, the office only takes into account the primary insurance policy and they make you pay their estimate out of pocket regardless of secondary coverage. I only got half of the work done that I needed to because it was over $500 out of pocket that I had to pay if I got all of the work done. Keep in mind this is while having dual coverage that I knew would cover everything. I said okay and paid for half of the work because I was in pain. I got both of my EOB's back from the insurance companies, and they had paid everything. This was back in September. I NEVER received notification from the office in regards to a credit that was on my account that was over $100. I called to see if I could schedule the rest of the dental work I need to have done. I explained the situation to about 4 different people, and they all told me that even though my last visit was paid for in full, I will still have to pay over $200 out of pocket before they will do the work. They were unwilling to work with me to even set up a payment plan or wait until both insurance companies have responded to the claims even though I am an established patient and have had the same procedure covered by my insurance policies. There really should be some exception they can make for cases like this where someone is covered by two insurances. It is very unfortunate that they are not more flexible with their billing.

Update: After visiting a new dentist to have the work done that I couldn't afford to have done at Exceptional, I found out that the dentist at Exceptional missed a huge cavity in a tooth that he was working on. So now I have to get the filling removed and redone completely. My new dentist is only having me pay $54 for 5 fillings while Exceptional wanted me to pay $279 for four fillings. After contacting Exceptional about the credit on my account, they obtained my debit card information and said it would take FOUR TO SIX WEEKS to process a refund! I am so disappointed in this office and will never come back after all this hastle.

Not very happy with the overall product here. I was seen by a different dentist each time I went. They also told me I had four cavities, but after two visits to my new dentist, the new dentist said each time that my teeth are healthy. Once, they added a $240 charge to my bill for service they did not provide. Luckily I noticed and it was removed from my bill. They have a low upfront price, but aggressively sell add-on services.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. McInnis and Nicole are hands down THE BEST. Can’t wait to refer family and friends.

I went to the office on July 24th looking for emergency assistance because I had a pain. The courtesy of the place begins at the entrance. In few minutes I was with the assistant and then with the Dr. Bourg. Both were very careful with me. I thank the Dr Bourg for his work looking the cause of my pain that he solved. Finally, I recommend this dental office and the Dr Bourg.

Dr. McInnis is very experienced and precise. Before coming to exceptional dental I was nervous and had anxiety about dental implants but after Dr. McInnis did my implants I feel more comfortable ! His assistants, Rechelle and Nicole are nice and his treatment coordinator, Yoselin is very helpful.

Everyone was exceptionally polite, knowledgable and professional. I felt confident my visit would be a good experience and it was. I am glad my adult children referred me to them.

Dr. McInnis and staff has been exceptional. They have answered all my questions. I'm extremely comfortable and excited about working with the team as they complete a dental implant.

I absolutely love the Exceptional Dental Kenner office. You guys make me feel so welcomed from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I walk out. Ever since treatment was presented to me, I knew this was the best dental office for me and my family. Thank you to your Front desk staff, Dr. McInnis, Yoselin, Rechelle, and Kelly!
