Best experience ever at a dental office. Thank you to Nataisha, Amanda, and Dr. Landry for providing the best dental service and even better conversation. Will be happy to go back for my next check up!

Went in for a cleaning & knew I needed work done. They took x-rays & looked @ my teeth & left me sitting in the chair for 20 min. A girl walks in & tells me I need 4000$ worth of work done. When I tell her not now, she starts pressure sales. I start to walk out & she tells me I can get my cleaning now. I told her how can I trust ya'll are going to clean my teeth right after I just refused all this work you were hoping to get off of me today. They could've been cleaning my teeth while I waited 20 min for the sales pitch. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Like it's name, Exceptional dental, I received Exceptional care by experienced workers who made me feel comfortable at all times & answered all my questions & concerns. I dread going to the dentist but there was no reason to because I felt no pain or discomfort.

Dr. McInnis & his team are truly the best in the business! This was the best dental experience I've ever had! Nicole, Rechelle, and Yoselin were the most beautiful and caring ladies. And Dr McInnis is great eye candy himself. Go see them! They won't disappoint!

Very plesent and professional environment. I was very comfortable through the very uncomfortable situation that is the dentist. They explained everything before doing it and I didn't feel judged for my dental hygiene (or lack thereof...) would highly recommend!

I felt very comfortable and very open to talk to my dentist. She would always have my best interests and needs put first. It's awesome going there and would recommend it to anyone who needed anything dental done.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! the Kenner office is 100% fantastic. The staff were extremely personable and absolutely lovely to interact with, most notably Betania, Justin, and Natasha whom all three took care of me. Dr. Landry was super informative and personal in her treatment and even made small talk - that you were able to respond to (without any instruments in your mouth)! Definitely will continue to use Exceptional Dental of Kenner while I'm still living in the Kenner/Metairie area.

Glad I went other was willing to extract all teeth and gave me dentures I will get a deep cleaning first and work from there Thank You most of my teeth can be saved ido have a lot of bone lost

When I knew I needed a tooth implant I immediately began to shop. I went in person to a certain "specialist" and inquired about their services and rates. In addition to their rates being high I felt like a number. Eventually I contacted Dr. Bourg's office and spoke to Diana, who was extremely helpful. Even though she was "off the clock" she spent a good amount of time speaking with me and providing valuable information to me.

From the first moment that I met Dr. Bourg I felt relaxed. He was very through in explaining everything to me. I felt like he was truly interested in me as a person, and that he sincerely desired to help me with my dental needs. He worked with me in a financial way as well.

Throughout the process he was personal, and professional at the same time. My case was a complicated one, so during the eight month time period involving my implant he was patient, considerate, and very positive.

My situation included my personal dentist of over 30 years so I was concerned whether Dr. Bourg and my dentist would communicate with each other. Dr. Bourg, not only communicated with my dentist but he also worked with my dentist to solve a problem that came up concerning my permanent crown.

In short, allow me to say that having dental work, whether it is an implant or other procedures can be very stressful and costly. Dr. Bourg addressed both of my concerns and, in my opinion, went well beyond the call of duty.

I highly recommend Dr. Bourg and his capable staff to anyone who has dental needs. You will be in great hands and not be disappointed!

Two stars only because of HORRIBLE monetary policies. First off they demanded a deposit from me even though I had insurance. Then of course even with the deposit you have to pay services in full before you get them. Well something came up and I paid and yet didn't get services. A new year started, I got new insurance and could no longer use this office. I emailed and asked for a refund. No reply. Tried again, no reply. Sent a letter and three weeks later they sent me a check. For $75 less than they owed. So in addition to being a very very very expensive practice. One that demands deposits and payments up front. If you do happen to need the interest free loan you gave them refunded they pocket $75. The doctors and employees were great so that gains them back a star. Their shady money handling is enough for me to tell people to stay clear though.
