Waited under 10 minutes in waiting room before being taken back. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. Explained my options instead of telling me what they were going to do. Over all a good experience.

I could put a long drawn out review of my husband's experience but didn't want to take the time to write it. So.....
We walked in based on more good reviews than bad, we're from our of town so not easy to shop around.
Dr. Heckman said full extraction and full dentures recommended. All finished within a month. Quoted $8600 total.
3 months later, lots of miscommunication on appointments, $1000 more out of pocket for travel and time off work because of these miscommunications. Extra anxiety and pain. Work completed.
We asked for a discount because of this. Was offered $100, I said I think more should be offered, I wrote a 4 page letter detailing our experience and said I'd be happy with $500, they countered with $250, I said no, didn't get the $250 off and am being billed for the remaining $400.
Very disappointed with this whole experience that we put our trust and all of our savings with them and had this result.
I tried really hard not to post a review because it's not my style, but i feel the word should get out there because we made our decision based on reviews, so they are useful to the uninformed.
I would not recommend this facility.

This is not your everyday dentist office that you would hate going to. Everybody is friendly. Painless shots and extractions. The way they did x-rays is comfortable. The ladies in the office took care of my insurance questions, got the information. They were priceless. I would recommend this New You Dental Center office. F Kozik

My Girlfriend went in for a cracked crown and the dentist started finding other teeth issues , talked about pulling out teeth, bridges and everything he could think of ! Left with the same problem she went in with she Wont go back ever !

Had a 10 am appointment to get a broken Tooth extracted I had ASKED about getting my wisdom tooth removed had nothing to do with the one I was there for and he looked at it and said well I’m gonna refer you to an oral surgeon he can pull both of them while you’re out I called the oral surgeon no openings until OCTOBER I didn’t even leave the parking lot went right back in and said there’s no openings until October can he please pull the one I had the appointment for they refused and gave me an attitude and due to them noting In my chart that “I wouldn’t numb” no other dentists would take me in he NEVER tried to numb my tooth he poke at the broken tooth and wisdom tooth and irritated them THANKS a ton NEW YOU DENTAL Dr John Zablocki is a JOKE .

We have been to this office several times. Everytime, we wait at least an hour, sometimes 2 hours. Went in recently and they had cancelled my sons appointment without notifying us. We have also received bills for services that were never done. The office staff is nice enough but the general care and assistance of their patients is very poor. I recommend going somewhere else

STay away they rush you out. Not good with kids. They cut my child’s tongue the dentist didn’t even say sorry. No doors your basically part of an assembly line. Dentist just do there jobs no chair side manner and on top of all that my daughter face swell up and I had to take her to ER because they did not complete the procedure correctly I had to take her somewhere else and get her tooth completely removed!!!! Save yourselves stay away !!

Let me just start off by saying I have sever anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but Keva, Chad, Bobbi and Dr. Grimm went out of their way to make sure I felt safe and comfortable! I will always recommend coming here for people of all ages! I honestly refuse to go anywhere else!

Went for a bridge replacement and dr shin didn’t follow dr hechtman plan of care for me and broke my supporting teeth off. Then after realizing his mistake I was promised NEW YOU would make it right! Well they didn’t! They used up my down payment on the bridge they didn’t replace to pull my teeth in prep for implants they promised me and didn’t deliver. I wouldn’t have had my teeth pulled if I would have known they would reneg on the implant promise. They totally screwed me over. Thanks SCREW YOU DENTAL
