Been going to New you dental for almost 4 years. I always get great and professional work done on my teeth. Only issue I have had is with there process of keeping my old records. Seems like every time a system update is done, something is missing or forgotten from my previous dental records.

Conveniently located for me, right on Miller Rd. (The old Mill End building) New patient paperwork was sent via text which I like because it cuts down on lobby time. Very clean, and sanitary, employees were very well organized and polite. The dentist was also informative, polite, and fast but efficient. I had two fillings done and a mold for my top partial and all that only took 1.25 hours. I'm a home body, so the in and out is truly appreciated. I would recommend this dental facility.

I went to the new you dental with insurance n money up front to have some posts to replace some bad teeth . Two different dentists at the same location and different days did two consultation's. Had a tooth pulled n paid my balance n was told I would be contacted about the payment plan I was going to agree to. Never heard back from them. I have called them twice n after a three months still nothing.

Awesome visit and pain free extraction. I had a wisdom tooth that was broken and my anxiety was through the roof but thankfully the dentist was able to do the extraction absolutely pain free 10/10 definitely would recommend

Today was My 2 year olds first Dentist visit. I was so surprised how well he did and it was all because of the staff! They did an amazing job making him comfortable and making it fun.

Teeth cleaned told to return next day for teeth to be filled, and that it was covered by ins. Which I have those type of coverage. Shockingly they e-mailed me a bill week later, told me she could send *their rejection back through than turned around next day rudeness, told me it's my problem to resolve, and no they are NOT sending back through WILL NOT RETURN VISIT. Also, they have phamplets there advertising about payment plan for something they said., they don't accept. What's up w' that? I was interested in dental implants @ a later date. However, they don't accept that plan. It is up to a dental office to get pre-authorizations that is the billing clerk's job @ the front desk. Not the patient. Clearly explained to her all disputes have to be handled in writing as there is a limit of 60 days to dispute after I receive any type of rejection. And as I said the rejection was only from the dentist office via an e-mail. I have been having spasms in my jaws.

Best dental care I have recieved in 20years. They got my cleaning, a filling and a extraction all within 7days. My last dentist had me scheduled out in December for services. I'm glad I made the change to New You Dental. The cleaning was very thorough and the filling and extraction was painless.
