Tooth extraction NIGHTMARE!!!!

First off they canceled two of my Saturday appointments for unknown reasons by this time my toothache was so severe I didn’t have a choice but to go in that following Monday. They were aware that I would either need a root canal or tooth extraction that day due to the toothache being so severe. The dentist on duty said my tooth couldn’t be saved for a root canal so I would need a tooth extraction but he doesn’t do those so I would need to come back again the next day to see another dentist that was only available on Tuesdays so I had to take time off of work the next day for an appointment at 2pm. I then wasn’t seen until 3pm. After 2.5hrs of wrenching & cracking of my tooth the job was left unfinished & a huge root was left behind. The dentist was so rough I looked like I got beat up; face swollen & bloody, makeup off, hair a mess, mouth, lip & cheek all cut up. My $1500 gold crown that was next to the extracted tooth was also chipped during the process. It was a horrific experience. The following day I developed several canker sores, I don’t know if that was due to dirty instruments but the pain was so severe afterwards, I was in fear that something was wrong so I called their emergency hotline that Saturday & all I got was a busy signal, I never got through to anyone so I had to go see a different dentist that day. He said he wouldn’t touch me after what they did to me at New You Dental due to it being malpractice so he referred me to an Oral surgeon to have the rest of the root removed. A simple tooth extraction should have never turned into this. Dr. Quansah should never be allowed to touch another mouth again!

I’ve been putting off some dental work for awhile, and have always had pretty bad anxiety towards it. Dr. Grimm did an amazing job, quick painless and attentive to your needs. Thank you Dr. Grimm and staff! Will be seeing you guys soon.

UPDATE! You guys will not get away with what you did. You billed my insurance in full for a procedure that was NOT completed. YOU guys are the ones who cancelled my appointment not once but TWICE. My situation sounds almost identical to some other reviews on here. While some people may have a good experience they need to double check what their insurance is being billed for!!

How this place has over 4 stars for a rating is beyond me. I was swindled out of an extra $100 as I was in pain and needed 1 tooth extracted. The quick exam and xray was to cost me only $32.00 which I had no problem with that. Then Aaron a new employee who even told me she knew nothing about dentistry sold me on a package for $100.00 which would eliminate xray charge and take $80 off my extraction cost of $295.00 and also give me total seats of my mouth and 2 teeth cleanings over a 12 month period. Sounded like a no brainer. I couldn't pay the entire price of extraction until the next day on Saturday which they were closed so she set an appointment up with me on following Monday. Saturday came and I was experiencing excruciating pain and had to go elsewhere to get my tooth extraction. Today Tuesday I asked for the difference of $68.00 refund back and they refused to give it to me. They pretty much swindled me out of $68.00 and I would never want to come back there for any service they offered. Terrible untrustworthy business practices do not attract customers. Had they just gave me my refund I most likely would of came back. I'll teach them a lesson in law when I see them next time in Small Claims court. The other dentist charged me only $215 which I didn't have to buy any stupid package designed to dwindle extra money out of customers not $295 their price. I was treated with care at Deluxe Dental and treated as a valued customer. Shame on these corrupt individuals!!!

I was having some dental pain and made an appt online for today. I received a text message this morning as an appt reminder for today with the date and time of appt. Got to the place and no one was there, building was closed, no one answers the phone not even the "emergency" number. Thanks for wasting my gas and time and def ensuring that I can't find anyone else to see me today.

Took me right in and prepped two teeth for crowns and put temps in place and got molds for permanent crowns and sent me home, did a good job of keeping me from getting pain when grinding had to give me extra novacane to numb the teeth he needed to work on. Feels like a good fit for the temp crowns.

This place is great! If you are worried about pain, dont worry, they have you covered, and scheduling appointments are easy! Very flexible. Service and price is great! They also have an awesome orthodontist as well! I highly reccomend this place and I'm not a fan of dentist but this place makes me want to go more often! Thank you for everything!!

Went in 3 weeks ago best Dr and staff at any dentist I've ever been to...go back today to finish up what's left 🙂
