I haven't been to the dentist in 12 years after a nightmare visit at another dentist office. This is the second visit here and I can honestly say, I LOVE this place! I will be coming back for years to come! Thank you for taking away the anxiety that comes with going to the dentist!

The office staff never seems to have a clue as to what's going on. Between frequently cancel appointments, changing appointment times, waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half when the asked you to come in early, not calling in prescriptions, getting billed for services that never happened, and not being able to speak to a dentist in emergencies or when you need help, I can't do it anymore. I've been as patient as possible through all these issues over the past 2 years but it's time for me to find a new office. I will certainly not recommend anyone to ever go here.

In the few months I tried to get a dental implant, 2 doctors left and prolonged my treatment. I was charged full price for the implant that was never completed. I also had to return because bone graft sutures failed and fell out 1 day after. Still waiting on my refund. . .
