New You Dental Center

I had a horrible toothache and had my appointment I go into the office and they wouldn't help me until I paid my $60.00 balance. I have a new dentist and obviously they're very concerned about their money over their patients wellbeing. Won't be going back or recommending anyone else to them either. Disgusted

The New You Dental Center is amazing. I went as a tag along with my mom and decided to make an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. they did quick quality work. im very happy with this company and their service.

I was in Flint visiting family from Florida when I had a dental emergency. Just from my initial phone consultation at that time I knew I'd chosen the right place to get my care.
Their office is pleasant and my wait time was short. The front desk staff, dentist and his hygienist were incredible and both knowledgeable and reassuring (I have dentist anxiety) and the pricing was more than reasonable and affordable. If I lived in Flint, they would be my dental care. I very highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and great care. I wish I could have brought them back to FL with me. We need more dentist offices like New You here :)

Was very unhappy with their services. The ladies at the front desk were the nicest people. The woman who does the cleaning was pretty nice as well. However the dentists have the worst "bedside manner" I've ever experienced. Dr. Grimm was rude every time I went there. While he was there he disregarded what I said completely. I would not recommend this dentist office, I myself will absolutely be looking for a new dentist.

They were GREAT with my 8yr old daughter. They explained everything to her before they went in her mouth and they were very comforting compared to what what my baby has already experienced but yes definitely recommended!!

Doctor Grim does an amazing job! Not only does he listen to you, he has a fun personality to work with in a normally stressful situation. ( I have a fear of dentists) the staff is amazing as well. From Yvonne and akasha, to Shayla and many others. I trust them with my smile 😁

New You Dental has given me more confidence than I've had in years. I dealt with EDNOS (eating disorder not otherwise specified) for roughly 5 years in my late teens, with both tendencies from anorexia and bulimia. The constant purging left my teeth incredibly eroded and damaged. I refused to go to the dentist for over 3 years because I was terrified of the state of my teeth and so, so insecure about them. I knew I was going to need a lot of work done and was basically in denial about how bad they had gotten. I never smiled in pictures with my teeth, and tried to avoid doing so in person as well, out of sheer shame. They made me feel comfortable the first day I came for an ordinary cleaning and check up. Dr. Grimm basically let us know I needed 7 crowns on my front upper teeth because of the damage from my eating disroder, as well as my wisdom teeth taken out and a few fillings. I was terrified, and was certain me and my family wouldn't be able to afford all of this work. The office staff was great and helped my mom and I get care credit, and payment plans to pay off the cost. With everything, the total ended up being around $10k. I've spent probably 7+ hours with Dr. Grimm and he's amazing. He makes you feel comfortable and safe, and I loved having him as my dentist! The crowns alone took about 4 hours just to prep and get ready. Antoine, the dental assistant, was there for the majority of my procedures, and he was wonderful as well. My teeth look AMAZING. Dr. Grimm did a fabulous job and I can honestly say I've never felt more confident with my teeth in my whole life. I actually feel pretty when I smile now, and I hadn't felt that way in years. Thank you everyone at New You Dental.

Went in for a apt today ... my first one in over 15 years , needless to say was dreading hearing the gasps and lecturing id have expected. The staff was very nice and helpful , Dr Shin is awesome! came up with a plan of action to fix me up with out any of the bad feeling or axniety I normally would have had. Looking forward to my next visit which is a first for me.

This office is amazing. They were able to get me in same day and address the exact issue I was experiencing. Dr. Grim did an incredible job and the rest of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I plan on making them my primary office for all my dental needs! Highly recommended.
