They are not interested in taking care of you. Had 16 teeth pulled at one time there. I had 3 different problems involving 2 different extraction sites, the 1st was dry socket in a wisdom tooth extraction the 2nd was a bone chip stuck in the same extraction site, the the rd one was an abscess that formed on a different site. The office manager tried to send me to an oral surgeon that is in Detroit and has no availability for 2 to 3 months out rather than give me a prescription for an antibiotic. She tried to make it out like I've been there for multiple infections and prescriptions, when I got 1 the day teeth were pulled, and this is the only time I've asked since. I'll have my dentures made somewhere else after this.

Haven't had an appointment yet. But the lady at the front desk was very nice to help me confirm if they take my insurance or not. Have been to other places that say yes we do then I get a bill in the mail saying sorry we actually don't take your insurance.

What a great dentist office 💖. Everyone is so nice and the place is so vibrant. Im not one to like dentist, but I have finally found a place that I like. Thank you girls for making me feel at ease and giving off good vibes as soon as you walking in the door. The Dr was was gentle, explained and talked to you the whole time he was looking in your mouth. Had my 2nd visit today 3-9 22 need a deep cleaning done my gums are really tender my hygienist understands and numb them up without using a needle......YES no needle 😊 thank you. Love that they have the newest technology and again thank you for caring and making me feel comfortable at a dentist.

Dr H is amazing. He understands dental anxiety and makes sure your comfortable in the chair. He does awesome work. Everytime I go there my self-esteem improves turning broken teeth from a genetic curse into a healthy white smile.The staff are supportive and friendly which also helps get past dental anxiety. I would not go anywhere else.

Had a very great experience! Made me very comfortable. I had a very bad experience at my previous dentist and they messed up my smile but new you dental turned me around completely! They have great staff and are very clean and professional! Came in for a tooth extraction the same day I called when no one else would help! I am so happy to be a patient at this dentist !!

The office manager of the Flint office very personable and helpful. I went in prepared to spend a lot of money to replace my dentures after breaking them. I had no ideas they could be repaired at much less cost. The dentist was kind and understood exactly what I needed. He wrote a script allowing me to go directly to the lab in Southfield and get them repaired the same day. Had a 9am dental appointment in Flint, went directly to lab in Southfield dentures repaired and in my mouth before 1. I'm sooo happy that I didn't have to spend the extra money and the work was done fast and my teeth are amazing.

The people there are all very nice. The dentist is as gentle as he can be and very thorough. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this office. I had 4 broken teeth extracted and 2 fillings in 1 day and never had a bit of pain. The only discomfort was the numbness from the shots. I've had other work done there and their all very nice and still NO pain. Always get in quick.
