New You Dental Center

I used to hate going to the dentist until I started coming to New You Dental! As soon as you walk in the door you're greeted by friendly staff, their never running behind and its just a everyone knows everyone type of atmosphere.

If your lucky enough, Shaunna, will be your hygienist and you will have the time of your life!! She was so funny, witty and so knowledgeable about dentistry. She gave me great advice and made me feel so comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Love it!!!

Munir, My dad was visiting me from overseas and he needed some dental care.. we reached out and scheduled appointment with this amazing team.
Katrina is always pleasant, very welcoming and full of smiles. Ajanae was so patient and very friendly with dad. Dr Anthony Lazlo did my dad first teeth and he was amazing, Down to earth, professional doctor and today dr zablocki and Karen are working on his other teeth.. thank you team New You dental center in Flint Michigan. I absolutely love the atmosphere here at new you dental center. The receptionists are all very outgoing and make it a comfortable visit. I look forward to being a future patient here. I plan on referring everyone I know to come here. They do everything they can to make sure their patients are taken care of.

Been here twice: first time root canel went bad- entire tooth cracked in Half while waiting on crown to come in. Called to see if it’s OK it was broke- went in to get it looked at- Waited two hours then a different doctor saw me for literally enough time to look in the mirror touch it and told me there’s nothing they could do it just have to wait on the crown. Was told I wouldn’t be billed for this quick visit then received a $300 bill and took over five months to straighten outs

Second time was just a about a week ago. I called and told the cost total would be $600 so I went ahead and scheduled my appointment. The front desk person had no mask on the entire time.

During my appointment the doctor decided to drill down a top tooth to help my ‘bite line up.’ I now have a damage top tooth and they want me to pay another $2000 for Their mistake! The doctor didn’t even ask just want ahead and drilled on my tooth that he was not to be working on.

The kick in the teeth: After my appointment when I went to pay my expected $600 bill they told me it was over $2000!! They were unable to produce a bill before or after my appointment. (Very suspicious and unprofessional to me). Now I’m left with two broken teeth. I will never go back to this awful dentist! I feel lied to taken care of and I’m in a lot of pain now. The exact opposite of what I went there and they agreed to do for me.

The front desk services is great. I see different faces often but each person treats me with my concerns. I had one situation that is still being look into and hopefully be resolved soon since March 2020. I noticed that the office cleaning crew needs to be updated. Spider webs and sofas with stains needs to be cleaned better. The services has been okay.

My dental visit was awesome. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. I will be returning for future visits. I recommend New You Dental Centers to anyone looking for dental services.

I had the opportunity to visit this dentist office. Everything was well. Except I didn’t like how I was treated by the receptionists. None seem to know what was the proper procedure on making payments on the work you need done.. One says you can make payment arrangements and that she had a book stating that and the other said you have to pay up front. I was in the dentist chair with my mouth numbed when she stopped the dentist from working on my mouth until she got at least one half of 2000.00 dollars. The problem being I was not there for what she wanted me to pay for. Not only was I sitting there looking crazy she was telling me how she has bills to pay and she wanted her money up front. She stood right there until I agreed to give her a grand. She gave me my purse off the hanger so I could give her my card. The dentist started working on my mouth again and she came back to asked me did I want to sign the receipt. I have never been treated so rude in my life. Before you go there make sure you know what and how you gonna pay before you get in that chair or you will be bullied and harassed and you will not get your work done until the warden says so.

I’m new to the new you dental Center, I was happy to have found that right down the line,the front desk, hygienist and dentist were all very friendly and welcoming. Bobbi is so warm and funny. She makes you feel very comfortable and she’s a great conversationalist! I will be referring my clients coworkers and friends to the New You Dental Center! For the first time in my life I left a dentist office with a SMILE on my face. I am so impressed with this office. The kindness of the staff was amazing. I was never uncomfortable for x-rays or cleaning, that has never happened before. I will recommend to family and friends.

Just an amazing experience from start to finish. Bobby is AMAZING, all that energy was exactly what I needed being that I’m not a morning person. Dr.Shin work was nice and quick, he replaced my old fillings that I knew I needed to get them done. The checking out process was made easy. I didnt know the difference between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning before but during checkout Kayla made sure I understood what it was, how it was done, and any questions/concerns that I had. Kayla sent something out to my insurance to see if I was “approved” for the deeper cleaning and luckily I was and she got me scheduled quickly after getting the notice that the insurance was going to cover my deeper cleaning. After my deep cleaning Bobby did, my mouth felt cleaner then ever before and once again Kayla checked me out and made it joyful. Thank you and I will be returning for my 6 month check up, also will be referring my family.
