Aspen Dental

Once recommended but not Now! Please read to the end of goes from ok to bad.
I have a dental issue that is a very expensive to repair. I went to one dentist that didn't help me much other then telling me I had to have the procedure done and it would cost $3,600. Most of us don't have this laying around.
I began to really worry, it was effecting my daily activities and my sleep.
I saw a commercial for Aspen Dental at 8:00 at night so I called, and I actually talked to a person who took some of my worry away.
My first visit which included an array of xrays and the consultation from the dentist was completley free. They gave me answers.
The staff at the Washington, Mo. store are very knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly.
This is a no judgment zone.
Still, how do afford the procedure I must have done? No insurance, no savings, no credit cards, no money. They were able to qualify me for a loan of $3,000 through their financial companies. The cost for the procedure was less then what the other dentist wanted by $600. In addition, I have not so good creadt so I was very surprised that I was even approved.

I'm actually excited, yes excited to go back to the dentist and begin the process of saving my teeth.
If you are in a simular situation I recommend that you at least check out Aspen Dental. If they can help me, they can help anyone.

I take back most everything I just said here. After my first visit things went down hill. I wanted a bridge. They gave me dentures with our me realizing they were dentures until they handed them to me. One time I showed up for my appointment and I got completely skipped. I ended up falling asleep in the lobby for 2 hours and no one checked on me. The last time I went they were supposed to make the dentures fit better. It was worse when I left then when i went in.
My advice is try a differnt Aspen Dental. This one pretty much sucks.

We love coming to Aspen Dental. They are so friendly and go over everything they are doing to you or your child(ren) with you each step of the way. I have finally found a dentist that children feel comfortable with! Thank you Aspen Dental in Washington

All of the nurses and drs every one was so amazing and made me feel really comfortable they were super sweet and nice jus amazing the lady’s even explained everything very well and help find a payment plan that worked with us definitely a 10/10 place

I felt very cared for by each tech and the dentist. The financial person Rachel explains everything clear & concise! It was such a blessing to understand completely what the cost of things were and my options! To say the least I left being very thankful.

I will never go to them again went to have my teeth looked at got there 15 min went in they told me I was not on the schedule due to I did not answer there phone calls. The reason I did not answer there calls was because there calls came up.from a different state and my phone said scam likely. Of course I'm not going to answer that so if you all actually want business maybe you should call from a local number instead of a scam looking number. Poor quality of service. Even the other people in the waiting room said they would be mad to and leave .

Went in for a simple cavity.
After the whole exam they refused fix it unless I spent 2grand for cleaning.
Went to another dentist...tooth fixed! 80 bucks! He said it was not the first time he has heard of them doing this.!
Stay away!!!

Dr. Alrata was awsome. He explained what I needed in details and formulated a clear plan for me. Business manager explained the cost nicely. Staff were very nice. Great experience !

I go in there to have a chipped front tooth fixed not capped. After filling out the paperwork and going in the back they tell me what they could’ve told me on the phone, I need to transfer my dental records and they need to Cap tooth. Well I know for a fact I don’t need this tooth capped it’s just a chip and it can be repaired without a cap . Stop trying to sell me things I don’t need . After all that they had the nerve to charge me $82 for something they could have told me over the phone. That was with my insurance. I say stay away from these people they are money hogs

I had to have major work done and although the majority of the staff is very friendly, I was not given enough warning and info on the procedure and consequential aftermath to have made a decision that has changed my life for the worse. I have been in pain and terrible discomfort ever since having work done. I have been back numerous times and am still regretting having this work done. I am now stuck for life with a bad decision and nothing can be done about that. And now, 5 months later, I am sore and hurting as I type this. Really nice people who work there but terrible procedure practices and not enough info given to patients. Just want this to be over.

They were so awesome! Very fast and answered any questions you had and never rushed you! For not having been at a dentist in 4 years aspen was a great choice to go to for my first visit in a long time!
