Horrible experience from the beginning to the end! I showed up early to complete my paperwork, only to be told I no longer had a appointment since I didn’t “confirm “. Funny, I thought that clicking the button on the email the send that says, “confirm “ would do that. I was told I could be “fit in”! This was unacceptable to me and I should have left, but I stayed. Big mistake! The back staff was the only saving grace. They were nice and efficient. THEN I get taken to a room to wait on the front office staff. You know, the one who “fit me in”. This is where the hard sell started. All I wanted was to establish care (exam, X-rays, and cleaning - which my insurance pays for completely). The front desk person says my care will cost $2500!!! Evidently I’m supposed to get Invisiline braces and a “special cleaning”. I say, “No thank you, I just want the cleaning that my insurance pays for completely”. I was told no, she WOULD NOT schedule anything other than the more expensive option. So basically ~ you do what we tell you or we won’t serve you. Currently looking for another dentist that will actually clean my teeth! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!!

I have overall good oral hygiene, but just recently got insurance. I went in just as a check up and preventative care. I had zero pain in my mouth before my visit. I went in and was told I needed fillings on both sides of my mouth. The fillings got done quickly but I had lingering pain whenever I would chew. Dr. Lowe said it was just a high spot. I went in on several occasions over the next 3 months, with him grinding down "the excess" each time. The drill he used always seemed to behave oddly, according to him. The pain never subsided. Finally at the 3 month mark he decided to take X-rays again, but didn't see any problem. He would constantly talk down to me, and use the same tired explanation that I was just grinding my teeth while I sleep. I waited another couple weeks and called again wanting a solution (I'd only been able to eat very soft foods like yogurt or at most hamburger this whole time). He prescribed me antibiotics and said if that didn't work after a week he would have to send me off to get a root canal. He basically was tired of dealing with me. So after a week, the pain didn't stop so I made an appointment with another facility. In 30 seconds the doc identified that Lowe had completely missed a cavity on the bite surface of one of the teeth (Which is all the more infuriating with how often Lowe was working in my mouth and never saw this.) And a follow up X-ray revealed the other tooth's filling stuck out noticeably from the side of the tooth, trapping stuff in it and probably missing a cavity underneath. Because I had the teeth filled already, my insurance would no longer cover the fix to Dr. Lowe's negligence. So I will have to pay out of pocket. Dr. Lowe is a butcher and I would stay far away from this dental corporation.

The Aspen Dental in Washington Mo has been very nice to me. Hannah Watkins, the hygienist, was very professional, gentle and caring. She did an excellent job. She explained everything as she went along and made the whole experience easier on me.

I'm having surgery in a few weeks and was advised to have my teeth cleaned to guard against infection. Unfortunately I made a mistake in choosing Aspen Dental. I did get in as soon as I called for appt but they are a money grab. Today I went for my deep cleaning and my driver was told at desk it would be an hour and half. She left and half an hour later was called that I was ready for pick up. Really, Really, only a half hour for this type of procedure for $1,709. Need I say more. Had to give one star so could be posted.

My son Carter started going here after having an abscessed tooth and he was immediately able to get seen and fixed up. This was months ago and ever since he has loved going there. He had a lot of problems with his teeth but he is on a good track now. He enjoys seeing all the ladies and the entire staff is so friendly. We always enjoy having Hannah Levin as our dental lady and she is very friendly and helpful and always makes Carter laugh. There's never a time Carter doesn't leave not happy with the customer service. AND Carter has been great and never complains about any tooth pain so they have done a wonderful job keeping him comfortable.

This was our first visit to Aspen Dental. They looked at both my wife and I, took xrays, made evaluations of the condition of our teeth, made a plan of what work was necessary and then we had a meeting with their office manager to discuss the plan and the cost. They provided a detailed written estimate of the cost, which included our insurance discounts, the portion our insurance would pay, and our final out-of-pocket cost. The entire staff were extremely friendly while also totally professional. They used impressive technology to show a 3D picture of my teeth and then explained what I was looking at. I don't know enough about the cost of dental work to give an opinion on their prices.

Terrible experience. I had a filling in March 2017 by one dentist, in October another dentist told me the tooth was cracked under the filling and it would have to be replaced. When I came for that appointment dentist #3 said the filling was fine and declined to replace it. December, I lost a chip of tooth from around the filling, and turns out that my tooth was cracked. I had to have the tooth ground down and crowned. The office said they would cover the cost but yesterday, I received a bill. A simple filling should not take nine months and eight visits. I have never been to a medical office that cares so little about my time or my well being. With the exception of the dentist, the staff is very nice but I have never been so poorly treated.

Very dissatisfied; I'm sorry I went there; I've always had relatively simple dental appointments; the only major problem I've had was a filling and a root canal. I didn't think it would be a big deal to use a chain dentist. We did fine until they got to my mouth; we were given many recommendations. I chose to start with the decay that was worst in a molar. There were also a couple of other fillings recommended. Three fillings in one day. After I was so sensitive. I couldn't even drink regular temp tap water without searing sensitivity. I called back the next day asking to get back in-- this was not normal. They couldn't see me til the following week. I asked Abbey the front desk gal to work me in because this was not normal. She could not. So I waited. I should not have waited. He adjusted my bite and said to let it calm down for two weeks. I said ok; the extreme sensitivity did not calm down and the pain was still there, so I called Dr. Mace in Washington to review. This was now two weeks after the original work.

There's a hole in one filling (he took pics in my mouth and showed me) and the other fillings looked chipped and one was not tight--food was catching like crazy. He questioned if the filling on the main molar was going to be ok because it was so poor.

Dr Mace also reviewed the proposed treatment plan: a proposed crown replacement was not necessary! I felt so naive and sheepish! Because I had experienced good dentistry in my history, I just figured that it would be fine. I could save money on the cleanings. But the fillings were no more expensive than Dr Mace to fix the work done by the dentist at Aspen. After this experience, I read reviews online and realized this company has many complaints. I didn't do a lot of homework. I just was new in the area and wanted to get back on track with cleanings because we had gotten off our dental hygiene schedule with our move and getting settled... And yep, it was not a good choice.

I do not recommend them at all.

Update: because the previous work was so poor and by the time I got into a spot in Dr Mace's office, I ended up with root canal; I had to be on penicillin and prescription strength Tylenol just to bear the pain until the appointment with Dr Mace. I cannot believe this Dr Lowe did not listen to me when I said the pain I was experiencing was not normal. His work brought me more pain than I actually had before going to this office. I plan on continuing to tell everyone I know about the problems I encountered.

Great Dental Office as I needed service stat and Dr. Chandi was able to add us on her very busy schedule on a Saturday. The Office and Staff was very compassionate and caring. I just had to pay my co-pay and got the tooth extracted as i did not want to travel with an impacted tooth. My General Dentist who wanted me to wait 2 weeks cause he wanted Oral Surgeon to remove my tooth which i couldn't understand why, my friend recommended DR. Chandi as i drove about 1 hour to go see her and she was able to take out my tooth thus saving me lots of money cause oral surgeon would have been a whole lots more than just my co-pay. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Chandi for your Dental needs.

Wish I could give this place a zero. This is a horrible place to go for dental care. In four visits I was never given the same information about treatment plan cost twice. The cost always went up each time I went and the amount always differed from previous information. I carry two dental insurances and the out of pocket cost at Aspen was astronomical compared to every other local dentist. I recommend avoiding this place.
