We had 2 appointments one after another. Due to bad roads/weather we were late by 7 minutes. So they refused to take first appointment! The second appointment was taken after half an hour of the appointment time! No apologies!! So if they are late it’s acceptable but if we are late by few minutes having a valid reason for being late is not acceptable!!

Nice staff and facility, I just hate that the first apt is ALWAYS an evaluation then you have to make a second appointment for the work you need done. I have to take off work like most everyone has to do. So now I have to take off two and three times for one or two procedures.

No one ever at the receptionist desk when office first opens. Also major price difference between estimated cost and actual price paid for service. Finally, I hate being being used as a training prop for an untrained hygienist.

Made an appointment for a crown that came off and was told they can put it back on only to be told that it was gonna be a two day experience

Today I visited the Aspen in Washington, Mo. I was taken aback that not one single person or Dr. Introduced themselves. They were nice enough, but that initial contact was lacking.

The most pleasant staff and, by far, the most comfortable atmosphere. I've lived in 5 different states and 2 countries; this was the best customer service I've ever experienced! Hannah 1 and 2 worked with me initially, then I met the lovely Dr. Chandi. Both "Hannahs" treated me w/ dignity and respect; I wasn't just another patient on a Friday. Rachel went above and beyond regarding financial services. That young lady is very knowledgeable! Back to the lovely Dr. Chandi (spl). Dr. C's chair side manners are miraculous. I often get nervous around doctors, but Dr. C made me want to stay all afternoon. Very professional with a great sense of humor! She adjusted her schedule to provide a filling. It was later on a Friday, but she helped anyway and, most importantly, BROUGHT BACK MY SMILE. I'm hoping these reviews are seen and acknowledged by the C-Level Executives (CEO, COO, etc.); amazing job by Aspen Dental in Washington, MO. Nothing negative to share. Tell Dr. C I said, "Hi!" ;)

Extremely unprofessional staff: they give everyone the hard sell, from unneeded Invisalign to $2000 for a routine cleaning. They use a tag team to push their suggested unnecessary treatments along with threats of sending you to an orthodontist if you don't accept their inflated prices and outlandish diagnosis. Multiple people that have a regular dentist and frequent checkups tried Aspen, each of them getting the same hard sell, threats, and inflated prices for unnecessary treatments. The insurance companies need to take a close look at the scam that Aspen Dental is running.

Service was ok to good, but in a waiting mode for an hour with an appointment was concerning.

The new dentist is wonderfully nice, gentle, and considerate. Cleaning was gentle and they gave tips on how I can help prevent area's that were showing signs of furthe decay.
