The entire staff is incredibly friendly and exceptionally professional. Their diagnostic process was thorough. The dentist's explanation was equally as thorough. In the end, I was presented with several treatment and payment options. My insurance was utilized and implemented without any problems. They have gained a repeat customer. I would recommend Aspen Dental in Washington, MO to anyone in need of any type of acute dental work or continued care.

I was very nervous for my appointment as I knew I would be having a tooth pulled. The entire staff was compassionate and supportive. For me, this was so reassuring and I felt more comfortable. I would like to thank Dr. Chandi, Chelsea, Hannah, Rachel, Paige, and Hannah L for the calm and concern they all extended to me. I feel secure there and, as many of us know.... this is especially important when you are "at the Dentist"!!

Terrible horrible experience. My husband came here because of the free xrays and exams and good reviews advertised. He was treated terribly by everyone there. The denist told him one thing and the financial advisor a completely different thing. The denist quoted him 1,000 less then the financial advisor. They also where showing his xrays around and making fun of his teeth. We will be callong corporate and I don't reccomend coming here the prices are outrageous and the staff are completely uneducated and rude.

What a fantastic dental clinic! I am not a big fan of getting dental work done, but this team has got the right touch with new equipment and professional staff. Financial issues, they got you covered. The hygienist is gentle and thorough. This is a great dental company to use!

We just moved here and we’re looking for a regular dentist. They were extremely professsional while still being kind and reassuring! They were on-time and there was no pressure. My son and I both left feeling like it was a very positive experience and we will make this our primary care dentist!

I am only giving one star because I have to they said I had needed all kinds of things done . They had me sine up for a dental credit card and charged it 3500 before they even did any work. And the most amazing thing is I was approved for 4900 and said I needed 4300 in work . So I told them I was going to get a second opinion . So I got a second opinion and it’s amazing I only needed about 500 in work and I don’t have gum disease and I don’t need my gums packed with antibiotics every couple of days . So I would advise you to get a second opinion.
