I am rewriting this for as many times as it gets deleted about 6 years ago I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed I didn’t have insurance and paid $4,000 out of pocket I was put to sleep woke up and nothing was removed they told me the drill broke and that they wouldn’t refund my money I will continue to write this review every chance I get they literally robbed me and don’t perform the service

I had a partial made by another dentist that needed to be adjusted. I called Aspen, made the appointment and went in. After explaining what I wanted done to the ladies at the front desk, I was taken back and given a full set of xrays. The dentist came in next, gave me a full exam of my teeth and gums and then said he was going to send in his office manager with a full write up of my treatment options. At that point I asked when he was going to put my partial in (I literally just needed a small wire bent around my tooth) and he looked at it and said "they don't adjust partials made by other doctors". It was a total waste of an hour of my time. I feel they did the process that they did so that they could bill my insurance for the x-rays and an exam when in actuality they never had any intention of helping me with what I was there for in the first place. Steer clear of this place

LOOK: All their responses are just copied and pasted with the name changed. You call the number and they don't want to help you, they just want you to remove the negative review.

Everyone was so great! I was very nervous and always am when going to the dentist but I was very reassured and informed on what was going to be done or needed to be. Thank you!

Hanna did a great job with my cleaning! And Dr. Chandi was great with all my fillings, Chelsea was an amazing assistant! I am TERRIFIED of getting fillings!! they were so nice and helpful and made me feel at ease! Rachel is a financial wizard. I would highly suggest going to Aspen if you get the chance! :)

Staff is friendly but services are overly priced. They wanted $11,000 after insurance for the work i need done. Went to a different dentist and it will only cost $2,700 after insurance for the same exact work. Shop around unless you have money to burn.

They were polite. Which might be the only good part of my experience. They told me my insurance won't kick in for 6 months so I had to pay out of pocket for two extractions. I went to my hr department at work about it and they said that's bs. I also told them I could feel them touching my teeth and it hurt when they were pushing on them. So they pulled them while it still hurt and I was laying there screaming when they pulled them.

I drove 2 hours to get there to come to find out the surgeon was not under my dental insurance. I called my insurance and the Aspen Dental Office in Washington two days before to find out if the surgeon was under my plan and they both told me yes. So I wasted one full day at work put on many miles went threw road construction to find this out. The staff on hand was very nice!!

When I called my insurance company back they said it was the responsibility of Aspen Dental to let my insurance know of this information. My insurance company must send something to Aspen and they have not changed this information.

So please update your records!! I sure hope you don't charge me for anything that was done at the Washington office when we were there -- if so maybe I should send you a bill for my hours, mileage and short of patients.

DONT WAIT YOUR TIME! We used to go to a different dentist but our new insurance doesn’t take it! Booked an appointment with these people for a check up! When I think of check up I think of cleaning and X-rays! I arrived at 5:30pm my appointment was at 5:45pm! They have to give you like 30 X-rays which I feel is a lot but idk I’ve never had to get that many! Not a big deal! But then you meet the hygienist and she said I need to floss my teeth, but if you look at my teeth I floss after EVERY SINGLE MEAL! How do you not notice that every other dentist I’ve gone to has noticed! Then they said I had like 7 baby cavities which I’ve had for about 7 years but since they haven’t grown they haven’t touched them! But they said I also needed my teeth whitened and proscribed teeth paste, and I needed at least one filling! Okay well I’m still waiting patiently for a cleaning because I get one every 6 months! And they take me to the payment plan room! I say “do they not do a cleaning?!” And they said no you have to schedule! Which I thought I did! So they tell me my bill for a filling, cleaning, teeth whitened was $1200 but with insurance it was only $460! They asked if I wanted to schedule and I said no thanks! Like hell no I’ll go to the place that doesn’t take my insurance because at least they aren’t just trying to get money out of me!

I was told on the phone when I called the morning of the date above, that I would only have to pay $132.00 dollars to get fillings. I understand that I needed more done that just the fillings, which totally fine. And I agreed to listen to the dentist and get the 2 back teeth pulled, cleaning , and then fillings. Again that was fine. I was willing to pay for all that, NO problem! Also, do a payment plan, again which was fine. I do NOT have ins. I am self pay. The only thing is right now I'm not working!! So my boyfriend helps me out till I find other employment! I do NOT go by his income. And they put his income in and did NOT qualify me for the payment plan!! They didn't do anything for me at all. I was so happy that I would finally be pain free. And at first felt like they really cares! But then when it came time to talk about money all that nice and caring for me went right out the window!!! I can NOT afford health ins. Or dental at the moment and I can NOT afford 8,000$ dollars for everything they said I needed done!! I'm still in pain and have no idea what to do!!! I'm was and am still very upset about tbe entire thing. I will NOT be recommending aspen to anyone I know!!! I hope you guys don't treat eveeyone this way that isnt rich!

My husband needed to have three wisdom teeth out. He was in a lot of pain. We went to Aspen Dental and we were happy with all the staff there. Very caring. Especially Dr. Chandi. She is wonderful.
