I did arrive at 12:00 pm to have two teeth removed. The dentist did not inform me as to when he would poke me with the needle to numb me. Did not wait for the numbness to increase in the gums before he yanked the two teeth out. To me that is not professional. We left the building at 12:22 pm.
This place only wanted to sell dentures and not perform as a dental office for the community. Due to the lack of professionalism and customer service judgement, I think it is only reasonable to return the funds back to me and my insurance.

My sister went there and got a crown put in, it was 1800$ but she liked the service and I thought ok I'll check them out. Unfortunately the crown came out a few months later and when she tried to book emergency appointment they were all full. Didn't care she was in pain or that they couldn't get her in for 3 days. They offered her an antibiotic and a " sorry". Not going here if they don't care that their work is substandard or if they are not at least willing to get you in immediately for a problem they created. Far better to try to work with a dental office where you are not just a number but a real person in crisis!

I had an overall very pleasant experience at Aspen. The office receptionist was very nice and welcoming, the X-ray tech was great as were the hygienist and the dentist. Very caring and nice people. The only thing that really put me off was when I scheduled my appointment it was an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. Had I known that I would have to come back for another appointment and it would not have been taken care of during this appointment I may have went elsewhere. Most dentist offices will take care of that same day.. hence the emergency appointment. But I did go back the next day and the dentist was very gentle and caring and amazing. He pulled 2 broken teeth and a wisdom tooth. I had no pain at all. I have two insurance plans and they did not have an issue with any of those plans. Thank you for taking care me.

Not very impressed. I was in pain. Was there for 2 hours sitting on the chair just to be taken to a lady at the desk to tell me I need all this work done and the cost. Felt like I was at a mechanic. Lucky got an appointment for the neat morning to get 3 teeth removed. The dentist broke each tooth off. Then tried to dig them out. Still leaving a piece in my gum. I was there for 4 hours!!!!!! Telling me it will be ok. Im still swollen and mouth is sore 3 days later. There is no reason why all 3 of my teeth broke. I am not happy. All I wanted was 1 tooth loomed at that caused me pain. But was told I had to have 3 out. It was like being with a shady sales man.

My experience with Aspen Dental location in Washington, MO was not only unprofessional from the start, the office manager was rude and confrontational to a point of insinuating that I could not pay for services needed at a later time. It started with an emergency appointment for a Saturday, which when I arrived there was nobody there. I spoke to thee after hours call center to see why and was supposed to receive a call letting me know if anyone would be working there that day. Never got that call. On the following Monday (2 days later) I called in to their office and rescheduled for Tuesday. Then I received a call to reschedule for an earlier time that day which I accepted the earlier time. I had x-rays and exam performed. Ashley was great. ( x-rays)
The dentist explained things clearly and made recommendations. He was great. I don't recall his name. Then I meet the office manager. When I explained the Saturday situation she showed little to know compassion regarding the frustration and offered excuses that made other employees sound like the bad guy. I believe that to be poor practice for any management position. She then gave me pricing for the needed work. From the start she made it awkward which is likely because I had complained about the unreliability of the office as a whole given that nobody showed or called me to reschedule from Saturday. She then went on to offer financing as I would have a large bill. That is fine, except she repeatedly acted like the amount the financing wouldn't cover was going to be an issue. It would not have been. No person should ever be judged, for anything, for all she knew I could have had access to millions of dollars. Instead of passing judgment she could have simply asked if I was comfortable with the recommended dental work and the pricing. I would love to hear from the office managers superior. Thanks for an inefficient, and uncomfortable experience.

I normally hate dentist office. The staff don't understand how hard it is to come up with tens of thousands of dollars for treatment plans and don't offer much help. Aspen was completely different. Cara, Rachel, and I cannot remember my dentist name were all amazing. They are working with me to get as much as my treatment done in a manner I can afford. As a single parent, this means a lot. I'd recommend Aspen dental to anyone on a budget but wanting to have a good smile.

I was in need of some dental care. It took 2 weeks to get into a dentist in Pacific only to be told he couldn't help me - gave me a x-ray copy and dismissed me. I couldn't find a dentist that would help me or I couldn't get in for a long time, even though I explained I was starting to have pain and didn't want it to get serious. One dentist office stated $100 consolation charge.
I came across Aspen Dental in Washington. Took a chance and called. Got me in the next day - no charge - found out the problem.
The girls there were super supportive and nice. The doctor was so awesome. Thank you !! Thank you !!!! I highly recommend this office !!!

If I could give them a zero I would. I do not like the prices and did not like the way that they handle their self and try to stick you with higher prices if you want the same dentures that everybody else can give you and you want to pay three times more for them this is the place to go. They wanted to do periodontal cleaning on my teeth three times a year while my previous dentist refused to do it any longer said it was senseless then they wanted to pull all my teeth because I have one loose tooth and so I left after they quoted me 18,000 for my dentures, after insurance. By the way I got two other prices for the same dentures for around $8,000 if you're interested
