I went to the Washington, MO office and it was a horrible experience. The dentist got the drill stuck in my tooth. Later, he couldn't get the metal "clamps" off my tooth when the filling was completed. The dentist was extremely rough and the entire right side of my face felt like I had been punched for over two weeks after the procedure. I will find a new place to go.

Told me it was going to cost over 2000 dollars to get my wisdom teeth removed and I paid 450 at another oral surgeon that's ridiculous prices are ridiculous and someone needs to check how they get their prices DO NOT FALL FOR THE PRICE THEY TELL you. I will be finding a different dentist.

When I arrived staff was very nice, I was a walk in. When I got back to the back I was placed in a room awaiting the dentist. When he arrived he had just came back in the building from smoking, he reeked of smoke and then he asked me about my allergies, if I had listed them all, I informed him there was not enough room for all of them and he told me he could not touch me until ha knew them all. I tried showing him on my phone and he yelled at me that I needed to print them out, to which I replied that I didn't have a printer with me. He had the assistant go get a piece of paper and a pen. I handed her my phone and she copied them down. He then asked about why I was there, he then took a tongue depressor and a mirror, took 2 seconds to look in my mouth and said your teeth look fine it has to be TMJ, I will refer you to an oral surgeon. He did not do a complete examination and he was very unprofessional. I went to a different dentist 2 hrs later and actually got a diagnosis, it was NOT TMJ. I will NOT be returning to Aspen Dental in the future.

Everyone at Aspen was very professional, pleasant, explained every
procedure in detail. Although I was forced to switch to Aspen by my
insurance company, I was very pleased with the outcome and plan to
stay with Aspen!

Been going for a couple of years and have had very frustrating experiences from never having the same dentist to billing problems to them messing up a crown and having to refund me, which I like to have never received. Then my husband went in for a filling and they insisted the filling was in another tooth, plus this was also a different dentist. My husband walked out since they were going to fill the wrong tooth. They have too many dentists who don’t know what the other is doing.

Very friendly nice had some discomfort in a wisdom tooth and messed up teeth from the military. They went over all the issues and came up with a solution. Would highly recommend. Thank you guys again.

If I could give less stars I would.
This has been the absolute worst experience Ive had with dentistry.
Not only did they chargw me for thousands of dollars worth of work they didnt do, they declined my refund. I had to pay 5500 up front but dont see them returning the 2800 they owe me in retunded services .
Unprofessional and clearly uneducated staff.
DONT waste your time or money.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Staff took the time to sit down and explain the results of my check up and establish a care plan.

My experience wasn't so good because I made my appointment was told I was eligible to he seen to start meds for a abscessed tooth instead they find out they don't take my insurance and was pushed out the door maybe instead of just making appointments u should answer people correctly about insurance instead of wasting my time and still have to find someone to see me thanks so much

I had only a short time to wait, about 5 minutes. The dental hygienist was thorough with my cleaning and I was promptly seen by the dentist. The dentist made sure any questions that I had were answered. It was a positive experience.
