Worst dental office I’ve ever been at. Spent over 2 hrs at the office for a check up and never ended up getting my teeth cleaned.

Had to wait too long. Basically they want to rebuild my whole mouth. Only cost $12,000 with insurance $5500. Not for the poor...still pondering how a broken tooth got me here.

Abby was so sweet and took care of getting me right in. Ashley was fantastic with my X-rays and explaining everything in detail. The dentist was great gentle and very caring. Cara is a dream as an office manger. Every little detail about the care plan was covered. She made sure everything was covered and understood and got me back in next week to start my care plan. Can not wait to go back and get my teeth fixed!

The worst experience I’ve had with a dentist possibly ever. We called in and scheduled an emergency visit for my partner who was having severe pain and swelling, and they spent over a hour and a half trying to figure out our insurance (we gave them all of the necessary info), only to be told they couldn’t “find our policy” and would only provide a scan, and we could make an appointment next week. In the time it took them to even bring him back to tell him that and start the scan, we could have gone to another dentist, rather than struggle to find a dentist that can see him 1-2 hours before they close for the day. Now we are stuck going to the ER for any answers. Will never come back here, they are not a reliable source of help for any dental emergencies, please spare yourself and go to a more reputable emergency dentist

The team at Aspen Dental are caring and compassionate people who truly care about you. They not only ensure that you understand your care and what it entails, they also ensure that you are comfortable and taken care of from beginning to end. They are rated 5 stars for the true compassion the team that cared for me gave to me.

I am going to start first with thanking Dr. Sara. The compassion and kindness you have showed me from beginning to end of every visit I have with you is absolutely remarkable. I can tell that you not only truly care about your patients, you take your career very seriously and ensure your patents only receive the best care possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for not only making sure I felt that everything would be okay, but for making everything as painless and swift as possible.

The next two ladies I would like to thank are Chelsea and Amy. Not only were both of you as caring and compassionate as Dr. Sara, but you really helped bring a light to the room. Your witty humor and kindness really helped make every visit feel less like a dentist appointment, and more like visiting close friends. Thank you both for being the fantastic people you are!

The next person I would like to thank is Hannah. Thank you for being understanding and compassionate of not only my care, but my personal life as well. I appreciate you letting me listen in on my work call while you were treating me. You are incredibly helpful with explaining how my continued treatment would work, and incredibly knowledgeable about your practice. Thank you again for your continued assistance and patience with me as I learn to properly care for my teeth!

A personal thank you to Emma for being so helpful and patient with me as you collected my information and performed the X-rays so that we may determine the treatment I was in need of. You were incredibly nice and very personable I appreciate your help very much!

My final thank you goes to Rachel! Thank you for helping me determine when and what treatment I would be getting and working around my schedule. You were incredibly helpful with helping me decide what payment plan to go with for my treatment as well. Your smile is great, and you definitely bring a light to everyone's day you speak with. Thank you again!

A few final words for anyone who may have read this whole review. If you are looking to have any dental work done, from a simple cleaning to major care, I would choose Aspen Dental every time. They truly make you feel like you are one of a kind.

In a less than desirable situation they took me in same day as I called..dealt with my sour attitude and got the job done!!! Cheaper than anyone else in town....10/10 will recommend!!!

I registered today at this clinic. Dr. Alrata is very professional and pleasant. He did exceptional job helping me with my dental caries. Housestaff are extremely nice and friendly. Hygiene level is great. I felt I was treated as a VIP patient!

They were able to schedule me right away and all were very nice!! Very clean.

I want to thank Dr. Graves and Dr. Kaitlyn for this weeks services. I had to have 3 teeth pulled, two were wisdom teeth and this went well. Dr. Graves did all he could to keep me comfortable and all 3 came out in one piece. Thank you so much!! You deserve that dinner!!

I spent 9 months and 4000 dollars on dentures that don't fit and o can't even use i finally just gave up

Beware, they will over charge you and refuse to return the money they stole from you after trying to lie to the insurance company! Beyoncé is the rudest person there, she states she is the manger and complains about having to work! I had to call corporate to handle this matter, including having to retain an attorney! If you want to be lied to this and stolen from this is the place to be! If not stay away!
