Dr chandi is a complete joke. She destroyed my mouth and I have dentures can't use. Way overpriced. The better business bureau and anyone that will listed will hear from me. I will picket the facility telling everyone that Dr chandi will screw you over not caring for anything but money. Destroying your mouth and bank acct.

Very satisfying first visit. Very friendly and professional. I felt well taken care of, all questions answered, and very satisfied with my dental health plan going forward with Aspen dental.

I was able to get an appointment quickly with no problems and even though they didn't take my insurance the self pay option was quite reasonable. They made my follow up appointment also quickly and made me very comfortable during the procedure. A great experience.

Truly the Best Dental Clinic in Town. The staff is so friendly and Dr.Chandi was just superb. Dr. Chandi has excellent chair-side manner and she was very polite and knowledgeable. My teeth cleaning was done by Dental hygienist Amanda and she was just superb....No Discomfort at All! Great Team All Around and I highly recommend Dr. Chandi and Team Aspen. This is my second year coming to this clinic and I can truly say the staff and Doc are very caring.

I called and expected to that I was calling the office in which I was going to . Nope it was a call center. I went through the rigamarow and was told they would send me an e mail with paperwork to fill out prior to my appointment the next day . I was also told that the Washington Missouri office I now had the appointment with would call me shortly to confirm. They repeated my cell # and email back to me . Well no e mail and no call . I just needed a reline, but if they can’t do the basics then what else can’t they do , then I decided to read reviews. Glad I did .

Aspen Dental provided great experience at my appointment this week. Amanda was very thorough with cleaning and testing. Doctor showed kindness and caring during exam.

Highly recommend this company if all the staff is this caliber.

Money making scam. They reel you in with a free first appointment with xrays and scans. Then they charge an outrageous amount for any of the work. They suggest work that doesn't need to be done. I went to them to get my partial fixed and/or get a new one. After I paid out of pocket for it, they then tell me that they can't get it to me until after I get other work done. Even though I already paid for it and thought I was waiting for it to be made for over a week.

I was very pleased with the staff at Aspen Dental. They were very professional and make you feel totally comfortable while you are there. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who is looking for a great dental office and the staff Rachal,Hannah W, Hannah L, Chealse,Tessa, Dr Chandand ,and Ashley are the best. They will make you feel like family and won't look down on you for not having perfect teeth.

The experience was fine, but I showed up for an 8:15am appointment and didn't get in until 9:45am--which would have been fine except they are only open on weekdays and it cut into my time at work, especially since the appointment was nearly 2 hours late. Once I got in, they were great! But when I found out what it was going to cost to get my wisdom teeth removed out-of-pocket, my jaw dropped. $4-$5 thousand dollars?! When I looked at other dentists around town, they LAUGHED at that price and said it was a little extreme, and that they would never expect a patient to pay so much without insurance, but that they expected a $2-$2.5 thousand dollar price tag instead.

It was good, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to a big smile to seal the deal.
