I sat for 30 minutes in the waiting room with no explanation or anything. I finally ask for a refund so I could go elsewhere and was told it would take a week for the refund. Aspen Dental everywhere is under staffed and I recommend going anywhere but here.

Great experience, the staff is very friendly and caring, very workable for appointments, prices are decent. Only downfall is they will make an appointment for you (such as a regular check up or cleaning) and forget to tell you so you do not know until there is an email about it. Other than that one thing, great experience.

The practice has some of the most up to date equipment, it also has more staff then I was expecting. The dental assistants and the hygienist are very nice, the dentist dr.chandi is a nice person until she is in your mouth. I have had plenty of teeth pulled and have never experienced that level of pain from the first novacain shot to the extraction it was painful. I felt the entire process from start to finish and there isnt enough chair to hold onto for me to squeeze through that pain.
I asked about something for the pain and was told "ibuprofen/motrin should take care of the pain. By the time I drove myself home I was in tears. I'll not be returning for the follow up appointment.
Also, pricing is really high, 300 per tooth pull. They want 2000 for a special cleaning. 1350 for each crown, 200 per filling. I got a 11 thousand dollar dental plan they wrote up. The same plan at my small hometown dentist was about 4 thousand less.
Its nice if you need a same day appointment, but if im being honest I am hard pressed to find any other reason to return. The hygienist was pretty cute if that counts for anything, but she poked me in all the wrong places, id hardly call that a date

I went in to get a fill in fixed. They told me at the Washington office they wouldn't fix it until I got a $2600 cleaning and invisalign. I went to a different dentist 4 days later who fixed my fillin without an issue and told me I had absolutely no need for invisalign. Seems to me they just want to get over on patients as much as they can and not provide the work needed.

If I could give less stars I would. First time I went here, I had an appointment at 3. Wasn’t even seen until 5. Then waited in the chair to get my teeth looked at for about an hour before anyone even came in. I need a tooth pulled and I have been in horrible pain. A month later, I went to my second appointment (to get my tooth pulled) and that was at 2:30. I was told their oral surgeon is only in once a month so I waited. That’s fine, I just needed the tooth out of my head. So I got there at 2 and I literally waited four hours. I was there until 6 pm without being seen. There was even people who were there waiting before me! Then the receptionist came out and told all of us they were cancelling our appointments. I waited four hours to be told they couldn’t even do it. A phone call or something saying they were five hours behind would have helped. I sat there for a total of seven hours between two visits, for nothing. Very unorganized and a waste of time. But I do have to say, the receptionist was nice.

I have been a dental assistant for 21 years, and teaching dental assisting for the last 3 years. Dr Lowe placed a filling that had to be "repaired" 2 times. This dentist will never work on me or anyone I know ever again. He attempted to work on me with glasses that were bloody from a prior patient as well. He told another staff member about some of my private health information. He was also very rude to me. I have filed a complaint with Aspen, OSHA, HIPAA, and the Missouri Dental Board about the issues with this dentist. This dentist is why this field has such a bad name. ....Saying this the rest of the office were quite nice, but they did not have to work in my mouth. Please make sure they have a different dentist before you go to this location. Just so you know, this would not let me post without any stars, that is why there is one.

Prior before my arrival I was informed they would take my insurance by there call center. Upond arrival they informed me they do not take my state government insurance. So they gave me a FREE EXAM an Free xrays. Wich was made me happy they also prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen 800 wich is going to help to clear my infection. But the only thing I hate was the price qoute for a special cleaning all 9-10 teeth pull on top and one one bottom and a full set of dentures and partial on bottom. All in office no nos just shots and maybe a calm down pill for nearly $12000. Only making 800 a month and barely mediocre credit I had to walk away. But the people was very nice. Just money hungry they were. But that's a corporation for ya.

Dr Lowe is great and staff friendly and knowledgeable. You will be blown away by the cost savings. Crows and fillings, with discount card, 1/3 -1/2 usual price. I had avoided getting dental care because I did not have insurance. Not the case any longer!

If I could give zero stars I 100% would. If you want painful dental care this is the place for you. Since it has opened I have seen 6 different dentists. They are constantly getting new dentists. None who seem to know anything about dental care. I have had the same tooth re-filled 4 times because they have done it incorrectly every time, and it now needs a root canal. When I first went to aspen, I had been at my previous dentist 5-6 months earlier, I was cavity free then. I take good care of my teeth. When I came to aspen, they claimed I had 11 cavities. They are a scam and will absolutely destroy your dental health.

My daughter was seen by dr chandi and I have nothing but good things to say about her! Professional sweet and caring. We talked with Paige about financing treatment. She was so patient with all of our questions and walked us through all of our appointments. I would recommend aspen to everyone!
