Very kind and took great care of our mother

The staff was professional all the way. I was kept informed as the exam went from doing paperwork to the exam. Had a small issue with a filing that they replaced last visit. Think Aspen should have made time to fix that filing and have me reschedule for another visit.

Very very very disappointed after seeing them for going on 4 months, bills start plus financing 2x's before I have a satisfactory product. Cancelled on twice by them last minute. Stretching my satisfaction out even further. I ended up just walking out tonight after an hour and a half of my time with only tops 10 minutes appointed to me. Ridiculous!! I want my my 3019.00 now 3095$ worth of satisfaction!!! Not excuses!!!

They were more interested in selling me additional products and procedures as opposed to cleaning my teeth which was the only reason I went in, which they didn't do because they didn't have someone on staff that day capable of teeth cleaning.

I was in absolute pain for about 2 weeks the dentist office I was going to couldn’t find anything wrong. One day it was so bad I was crying I went back to that dentist again nothing went straight to urgent care the dr suggested I get a second opinion from a different dentist. I went to aspen that same day I called them right after urgent care told them what was going on they got me in 2 hours later. I got there still crying bc the pain was unbearable and I had no idea what it was I wish I could remember the dentist name she was super nice took her time to find out what was wrong she tapped on my teeth and found out I had a root canal. Unfortunately I had to wait 2 days to get it fixed but she prescribed me antibiotics and some pains meds to help until then. So then they talked to me about Invisalign which I’m now getting there because their prices were so much cheaper compared to the other place. Anyway I’m so grateful for that dentist I feel soooo much better.

I was seen by the tech before my original appointment time. The overall experience was good. My only complaint is that I've been there 3 times for a check up and I've seen three different dentists.

I have a terrible fear of the dentist. I have had 11 surgery's for tmj and have a hard time going through any thing that requires my mouth to be open any length of time. I had my first appointment today and walked out smiling face with no pain. Everyone was very pleasant to be around and seemed to really care taking extra care to make everything as painless as possible.

They were able to get me in same day, and quickly! The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. The pain is SO terrible. About 2 hours after leaving the office, as the numbness wore off, the pain felt the same as before having it pulled (not the normal soreness of having a tooth pulled). I could feel what I thought was part of my tooth still there. I went back to the office and come to find out it was my jaw bone exposed. I was told I did not need stitches. I had 7 teeth pulled, my jaw bone exposed and was given 5 Tylenol #3. Enough for 1 day. Unfortunately I have an ulcer and cannot take ibuprofen or Aleve. Even more unfortunate, the Tylenol 3 barely offer relief. I have been dosing myself with Benadryl trying to sleep. There is definitely a lack of compassion.

I was a nervous wreck. The staff was very calming and professional. The Dentist was extremely professional and courtesy to a fault. She was upfront about everything and made the time to do my extraction the same day.

Got us in within hours. ESPECIALLY the sweet lady that helped us. Staff was amazing. Dentist was kind and quick. Highly recommend this place. Dentist office isn't always people's favorite place. But they were gentle and amazing.
