Familia Dental and its staff are the greatest, They provided GREAT Customer Service from the front desk to the back. Mary Lou John Community Relations Coordinator was very helpful to me and my daughter and told me about the awesome programs they put for the community. I also would like to thank dental assistant Lydia for making my daughter comfortable, being patient and exhibiting excellent customer service. Dr. Desai is a wonderful Dentist who is very good at his job and gave tremendous encouragement to my child about her studies and talents. I really love this dentist and it's staff.

I have been going to Familia Dental since about 2011 and I love this place. Dr. Desai has been my dentist the entire time. Today him and his assistant, Patricia, were awesome. Their personalities are great! I don’t know about many people, but I can actually say I enjoy going to the dentist. If you are looking for a great dentist, I recommend this place!

Dr. Allen and Dr. Jaime were wonderful! My 5 year old went in for cavity fillings and they were patient and comforted my son through the whole process.

Went to this place in past and had a horrible experience. Went today and saw Dr. Desai and dental assistant Patricia. They were both wonderful and helpful. Patricia was kind and helpful.
She was so kind and non judgemental. Got my tooth pulled and out quickly.
A year later and I went again. Saw Dr. Allen and her assistant Mr. Thomas. These people were wonderful and kind and I give them 5 stars. They explained everything and I would recommend them for any dental service you may need. They worked with me and my insurance to help me get the lowest cost I could. So just another update to my previous review. If you didn’t like this place before, give them another try. I am sure glad I did.

This was my first time coming to Familia Dental after moving here a few months ago. Dr. Desai was very professional and told me exactly what I needed. Breanna was also very cordial during my cleaning. Afterwards my smile looked 10X better than before. Thanks to you both!

When I first went to see their practice it was an emergency. They got me in quickly, the same day and started my road to having a smile again. The Doctor was awesome. He explained everything to me, gave me options and helped me make the right decisions. Absolutely no pressure at all. I was so impressed I came back and let them repair all of my dental issues. Don’t be scared off by the low prices, this is a great Dentist!

I use to love going to this office. This last time I was there I was helped by an “Assistant Manager“ Named Juana.. this lady was very unprofessional and had no clue on what she was doing was waiting over two hours. To be an assistant manager you should know how to run your system. And not be asking for help for every little thing. Other front desk receptionist that have been there in office the times I’ve went have been more efficient me with more with any questions about my insurance with a more timely manner than she has.
