Always a positive atmosphere going to this office. I had went in for a few fillings not to long ago and one of the girls Phet walked me through the steps. Then Priscilla was my assistant and she was very gentle took note that I was kinda nervous about it, let the Dr know. Then once the Dr came to do the fillings, he walked me through the steps again, he constantly made sure I was comfortable no pain. Over all it was a great experience at Familia.

I love going to la familia. Dr. Bruce is awesome, and Marylou is the best she always takes care of us! We even have the option to contact her personally if we need help with anything love her!! If anyone goes there ask for she will take care of you for sure.

The customer service here at Familia Dental is off the charts. They greet you right when you walk in the door and if you have an appointment later in the day but you come early they may be able to squeeze you in, that's what they did for me!! Denise handle my claim very professionally and got me back to the room within 5 minutes. And my whole procedure was roughly 9.5 minutes. Dr. Desai is a wonderful knowledgable dentist. Jamie also took great care of me before the doctor showed up. Good job Familia Dental 10star rating!!

To start this off my 12 year old daughter was scared of getting her braces on. All of the receptionist have been very professional, sincere, and accurate accordingly policy and procedures. The dental assistant was very good at her Position/Job. She was calming to my daughter with the procedure. Professional, Outgoing with both my daughter and my self, in such a positive manner. She explained everything we needed to know. The do’s and dont’s. Dr. Bruce was also very professional, friendly, and precise. Comforting to our experience. The process took less time than anticipated. Overall a pleasant experience.
Shortly after we needed to go back in to trim the back wire down for comfort. There was very little wait time to be seen. CRC Marylou John had my daughter go straight back to trimmed them. She showed me how to get the wax to stay on her braces and answered any further questions we had. Professional, courteous, and great experience. Thank you

La familia dental is the best place for wisdom teeth removal! They took me in super fast when I was in pain and had a month long waiting list in other places! The procedure was super fast and with a lot of care! The healing process has been amazing. I am on my fourth day of recovery and have already started eating solid foods!
