Went in for EXT. I was very nervous about the procedure but Dr. Desai is the best, he made sure I was doing ok the whole time. Sheyla was great as the assistant, very professional and made sure to help with my nerves & Ivone and Denise at the front desk were very sweet. Great visit overall!

We have been coming for all our dental needs for six years. We took our 4 yo twins, they fit us in even though we were late, and the dr and nurse were very gentle. My girls are not afraid of the dentist because the people at La Familia Dental in Clovis are so calm and sweet. Im also not afraid of the dentist anymore! Always very pleased with their work!!

Dr. Desai has terrible bedside manner and isn't very proactive with your dental concerns he dismisses them and tells you they just do not add up. So rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Needed emergency Dental work done while working out of town.... Thank you Dr. Allen and, every staff member I encountered. I cant say enough great things about them and the facility. They went sbove and beyond to take care of me. Best Dental experience ever!

Overall, I was not thrilled with how my first visit went. Although I was impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment, I waited for 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time. While I don't have a problem with waiting in my car until called, it was a very hot day, and sitting in the parking lot with the car running for that length of time uses a lot of gas. The assistants who took my x-rays were pleasant, and I did notice they were very thorough with their cleaning procedures. When the dentist finally made his appearance, he was rather abrupt and pointed out a problem tooth on my x-rays. He stated I needed to have it taken out, or I would likely end up in the hospital. Mind you, that is not the tooth I was having problems with and was not the reason I was there in the first place. While it may very well be that tooth is beyond saving, I'm getting a second opinion. The whole exchange with the dentist lasted about 3 minutes, and he was gone! And he didn't even address the problem I had initially made the appointment for. I'm withholding judgment until I see another dentist.

Overall I had a great experience. The atmosphere was great as soon as I walked in from the time that I checked in until I left. Dr. Deasi and Jamie Chavez who was the dental assistant were very friendly and welcoming. They engaged in conversation && made me feel as comfortable as possible.

The staff was very welcoming. I went there for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Desai did an excellent job of pulling it out without any pain. His assistant Jamie was very sweet as well. Highly recommend this place!
