Dr. Yoon and staff provided impeccable services. The doctor took the time to answer all of our questions and he explained everything in great detail. The visit wasn't rushed and the entire staff made my family and I feel welcomed and comfortable. Marylou in the billing dept was a gem as well. She took the anxiety out of our billing. Very professional, polite, and easy to talk numbers with. Thank you Familia Dental for a wonderful and pleasant experience.

They are in a hurry and very impersonal. Teeth cleaning shouldn't be painful. It felt like they did my teeth cleaning with their eyes closed. This is definitely the last time I go there!

Dental hygienist was nice, the dentist (young Indian woman) was rude to my 10 year old daughter. My daughter started crying because the dentist told her that she needed fillings and to do that they would have to numb her gums with numbing gel and of course a shot to numb it better. Then my four year old saw that his sister was crying after the dentist looked at her teeth so he didn't want the dentist to look at his so he started hiding behind a chair. The dentist told my daughter that she needed to be the one to tell him it was okay BECAUSE it was her RESPONSIBILITY since she scared him. Then the dentist told my daughter, "you need to grow up, sweetie stop crying." This is the first time my kids have seen this dentist and the first time for them to have this bad experience. They have gone to Familia Dental for years now every 6 months. We may need to switch to a different dentist at a whole new facility iff we have to see that dentist again. There was no need for the dentist to tell my daughter it was her responsibility to make it better for my son then there was no need for her to tell my daughter to grow up!

The staff was very nice, and explained everything. The lady was training with very good patients. And the Doctor was amazing to be a young man. He was concerned about taking care of me.
