I took my three year old son for a check up and cleaning and he left saying “I’m having the best day ever!” Everyone at the office was friendly, patient, and kind to him. Dr. Allen was very personable and Breanna did a great job on his cleaning. We’ll definitely be back!

Very quick and courteous. Very good at making sure ur comfortable and in the least amount of pain as possible. Very affordable and accepts lots of insurance companies. Best dental office I have been to.

Dr. Allen was amazing!!! The nurse or tech or whatever she was didn’t have gloves on while she opened the X-ray things that go in a patience mouth and tried to put it in my sons mouth. When I pointed it out, she rolled her eyes and said that she will put them on. Sorry your not putting nothing that came out of a package that your hands touched into my child’s mouth. Other than that, my son enjoyed his visit!!!! Dr. Allen was amazing and sooo sweet to him!!!

Don’t go here for braces. Went to retainer impressions 3/26. It’s now 5/4 and I never received a call to pick up my retainer. I called ( you cannot call the office in Clovis it’s an answering service that is absolutely clueless) and the lady argued with me over when my appointment was (even though I had my visit receipt in my hand). They had the wrong number listed on my file (a number I’ve never had before) she said well we tried To call 4/1 no one answered. Now I can’t pick up my retainer until 6/8 because they don’t have an in-house orthodontist. That’s 3 months without my retainer because they entered my phone number wrong. Their office seems unorganized.

I have brought my kids to familia dental for about 3 years and I have been going there myself for about a year. I just called last week in extreme pain from a tooth that I was advised would need a root canal eventually. Mary Lou took my call and was sooo sweet and helpful. She spoke with the dentist right then and there to help me with pain medication. She is an amazing person for doing that!
I was seen the next day and referred right away.
