I am terrified of dentists. I haven’t been in years other than to remove my wisdom teeth. Went in for a yearly and was reminded of why I’m afraid. (Holy pain for me-totally my fault though) they were very fast to try and end my pain quickly. Thorough, friendly, and attentive. I scheduled through a big customer service line, was told my appointment was in two days. Came in and it wasn’t for two weeks but they quickly adjusted and got me in with the right dentist and was only 30 minutes late (I was a few moments late on my end and had to fill out paperwork and insurance stuff so really zero wait time). I’m getting ready to schedule both of my kids too now. Dr Desai is amazing.

I came in during the covid 19 quarantine. The office was so clean and professional. The secretary was amazing. Dr Desiai and his dental assistant Patty were so good. They explained everything in detail to me. And helped me with my pain. I was in and out on 30 minutes. And my pain is gone! I thank them for what they are doing during this time. #heroes

My girls and i have been going to familia dental for so long I can't even remember since when both my girls were little and now they are 9 and 7. The staff has always treated us so good. My girls and i love Dr Desai !!!! He is always so attentive of the kids and is great at making them feel brave and comfortable. Today was my girls 6 month check up and Dr Desai and his assistant Jasmine were super great. I hope Dr Desai is here to stay forever!!!!

This review was based off my past experiences with previous dental offices. The front desk was friendly and answered all my questions. I did not have to wait long to be seen and once I was seen all staff was professional and accurate. The dentist was very educated and friendly. My children have been going to Familia Dental for the past year. This was my first time and I felt like I was given 100 percent attention. I left with the knowledge of what I have to do to prolong the life of my smile. I was also given all financial and insurance documents needed. Thank you Familia Dental.
