I have been seeing Dr. Pacheco since I was 2 years old (22 now), he is the only dentist I have ever known and trusted! Recently, I had a unpleasant experience with the Office manager Dennis. He was so rude I left the office with out scheduling another appointment. Customer service is so very important I doubt I ever return to this office. It seem like others have had issues with charges and price gouging from Dennis as well!

Dr. V and the entire staff are great. I had a billing issue that was worked out quickly as well. UPDATE: 8+ visits everything's been wonderful and easy. I use to get anxiety when I'd have cleanings and not I almost look forward to them. Adam is a really great hygienist, very professional and proficient. Dr. Donoghue is knowledgeable and thorough. If I could give six stars I would . Dr. V no longer works there but my girlfriend see Dr lomeuax and says he is also good. Recently I missed an appointment and the staff was very understanding.

I was traveling across country and had a fractured molar on my first night in Santa Fe. The night manager recommended calling Santa Fe Family Dentistry. I am glad I did.
They took me in on an emergency basis and made a temporary crown. Since I was only able to be in town for four days, they placed a rush for a crown and had me in on Saturday to make the final fit before I was to leave.
They were extremely professional and made sure that the entire process was complete and well done. Thanks Santa Fe Dentistry for the fantastic job!!

Going to a new dentist is a bit unsettling for me but my experience at SF Family Dentistry was excellent. The office staff were helpful and friendly and Gilbert did a gentle but thorough job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Donoghue described a potential problem with a previous filling but wasn't pushy at all about getting work done. He left it to me to decide and I appreciated that. So glad I chose this dental practice.
