I had a root canal done today. It was painless. The dentist (I'll update his name here shortly, Dr. Donahue I think?) made sure that I was going to not feel the jarring, grinding pain I felt when getting fillings as a child, even at the expense of his time.

I couldn't be happier with the result. Totally took the anxiety out of visiting the dentist.

I've been coming here for about two years even commuting from Los Alamos and the staff have been very courteous, prompt, and has provided extremely well and thorough service. Dr. Donoghue has been awesome.

I had my first appointment today. From my reception to the end of my dentist visit was amazing. This is the best dentist office I’ve been to. Professional and courteous.

I had a crown and root canal done about one year ago. The crown fell out! and the remaining tooth was cutting the hell out of my tongue! I wasn't able to eat and barely drink water. I went back to these robbers! and told them what happen. They decided they wanted to charge me again! This time $75 for putting my crown back. I told them I refuse to pay on a job that is supposed to last a long time, if not until I die. They seemed upset, but did the job. Today I get a letter from my dental insurance, and these robbers, have submitted a claim for $317.00 to my insurance company. No explanation of benefits has been given to me, just a letter advising me to check into it and get back with them. Not only will I contact my medicare insurance policy, but will also report them to CMS for fraud and abuse! Hope this has not happen to anyone else. Please check your EOB's Don't pay, question it! call CMS for problems with this dental outfit.

Had my first visit here today, the whole staff is great from the front end staff to the dental assistant to Adam the hygienist to Dr.Donoghue everyone was super thorough, and friendly from the day I called to book my apt to walking into the office, I definitely recommend them

My experience at Santa Fe dentistry began early October and ended toward the end of October after a painful experience. Folks, don't go here. First- this is the first negative review I have ever written. I recently received a bill for services I didn't receive after a rough experience that made me decide to cancel my future appointments. There is no reason I could see to charge for services not received. I went in early oct. for a wisdom tooth extraction and I was initially told I had MUCH more dental work to do than I thought - mind you a month later I went to another dentist who did not agree. At my first introductory appointment I received two fillings and one temporary crown I was told I needed on teeth 3, 4, and 5. In hind sight, I'm not sure this work was even necessary. The temporary crown put on tooth 4 was just made of the same material as the fillings on 3 and 5. The dentist, Dr. Yadav. was not gentle so it was very leaky and exposed the nerve. When I mentioned this pain to them I received no help - actually they urged me to fill another tooth instead. Later- when I decided to go to another dentist everyone in the room could tell that temp was incorrectly done. This temp. caused so much pain that I would wake up in the middle of the night and took Advil as many times as I could in a day. As soon as my new dentist put on a new temp the pain was totally gone. I also had both of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Loumeau at Santa Fe Dentistry, BUT the top left tooth was hard to get out and months later I learned part of the tooth was still left in (even though Dr. Loumeau said he was sure that hadn't happened - this could have been a normal "stuff happens" situation for me but all in all it was enough for me to decide not to return. On the bright side (lol) the dental assistants are super sweet and helpful - but that just isn't enough for me to ever recommend this office.

Took such great care of me. I had a major toothache and was in a lot of pain but I left felling a 1000 times better. The staff was super nice and helpful.
