I was thrilled to find this new practice. I received an excellent dental cleaning from Adam the hygienist. Dr. Nylund did the examination after the cleaning and he explained while showing me photos the work that was needed. The front office staff were efficient, and pleasant. I highly recommend this practice!

Everyone in the office went above and beyond from a problem with my dental insurance to scheduleing and working on a crown quickly. Thank you to the whole office.

I love my dental hygenist at SF Family Dentistry--his name is Adam. Super friendly and cleans my teeth in a very thorough but gentle way. My teeth never hurt after my cleanings, thankfully. Office is run professionally and well by staff. I haven't had many interactions with the dentist that took over but he seems nice to me. Luckily I don't have a ton of issues with my teeth so the cleanings is mostly what I go here for.

I received a good cleaning after a very long wait to get an appointment (on the order of months). My original appointment was at 7:30AM, they called me the day before to say that the hygienist would not be in and moved my appointment to the afternoon. Their equipment is extremely outdated, prolonging the time you’re in the seat.

I was here from out of town and needed a dentist due to a severe toothache. They worked me in and diagnosed the issue. I am so grateful. The office is super professional and the doctor and staff are great. If I lived here I would be thrilled to make this my dentist office.

5 stars due to Adam's excellent professionalism however the dentist that saw me NEVER introduced herself and only asked me to "turn your head this way". Otherwise she did not say a word. This is not something a dentist should do. So I would give the dentist (and she never said her name) one star. I could go on about this but enough said. I'll be back at my next appointment but this "dental "visit was not up to your standards. Danny Mays

Great practice with excellent dentists, hygienist and the latest equipment.

I’ve just moved here and lost a crown over the holidays. I was able to book an appointment within a week of calling and was well taken care of by Janet, the patient coordinator, Petra, the dental assistant and Dr. Justin. The office is small and efficient. Digital X-Rays and mouth scanners are in use. They discovered that the adjacent crown to the one I lost needed replacement as well. They documented their diagnosis and treatment planing an eye to satisfying the insurance co. I was supplied a clear estimate based on the treatment plan with out-of-pocket cost up front which I found very helpful. They explained everything they were doing as they did it and we’re straight up about expecting unpleasant tastes or feelings. I feel positive about the experience and will make this my family dentist. Thanks Kutlu for referring me!

I made an appointment over a week ago for a rather urgent matter. They assured me that my insurance would cover it and that there would be no issue. Today I come in to my appointment, and they inform me that my insurance would no actually cover anything.
The missed morning of work is acceptable, but the waste of time on the procedure is not. Any time they could of called me to let me know and I could of seemed a different dental service. Now I have to go through an unnecessary wait time as the pain grows worst and the condition deteriorates. This is unacceptable, yet I have no choice but to accept it.
