The first time I called I was greeted by a friendly informative male. He set me up for my first appt. the following day which was super quick and unexpected. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and had me fill out the necessary paperwork. I was half way through when the dental asst. came for me to take me to the dental chair. She was also friendly and informed me of what she was going to do step by step. Dr Donahue arrived shortly after, I told him prior dentist had been very rough with my very sensitive teeth. He sat there and listened on every word patiently. Each time he has worked on my teeth he has been gentle causing my dental experience to be a happy one. I’ve been there 3 times since and the Dr and the staff have been consistent with their strong work ethics. I highly recommend this office as they are one of a kind in Santa Fe.

I don´t do a lot a reviews but this place is great. People are super nice (without being unnatural) The doctor was very honest on not recommending me braces for my case (he said it was not worth it). The hygienist was absolutely amazing -no pain, all kindness- and all in all a great experience. These are my new dentist here in Santa Fe.

This is the worst dental clinic I’ve ever been ,they put me on braces the first time I’ve been there without noticing me everything about it before it’s put on. And both side of the braces pop out the second day I had them. And I only had soft food because of the soreness. The work just unsatisfied. I had my opinion about the braces, so that doctor didn’t give me any advise. I don’t know who is the doctor here. They cost $250 put on and $250 removed out. And I only had it on for six days. But I rather waste $500 dollars instead wasting the next 2 years of my time.
If you have a big problem with your teeth, don’t go here! The place is very small and messy.
If you really want go here, go to a different place see the comparison. Then see which one is better. And do not pay on the first day!! It just seems like all about the money.

I have been a patient with Dr. Pacheco my whole life and after not coming to the dentist in several years I decided now is a good time. I have nothing but great things to say about this entire dentist office from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Dr. Donoghue is extremely friendly and helpful and my hygienist Adam is amazing. They don't seem like your typical dentist office as they actually bond with their customers and make each visit the best and most comfortable it could possibly be.

Hello The other day, I took my mom and myself to an emergency appointment at this dentist and I just wanted to give a big thank you to the blonde girl. I believe her name was leeAnn. but she was so Sweet and so kind and was very helpful with explaining and going over the treatment plans with me and my mother. Her being so kind made my day and for it being my first time at Santa Fe family dentistry she made it a wonderful experience and I will be back again😊

Both my annual check up and emergency tooth extraction were handled very well. The staff arr good at what they do and still have a good time. It made me feel relaxed and in good hands both times. They were able to get me in quickly for my emergency extraction and did everything they could to make me feel at ease and help with the pain. Dr Lameau is very talented and has a great bed wide manner.He explaned each part of the process to help me know what I expect. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received. Thanks!
