Outstanding experience. Everyone is super friendly, the hygienists are gentle and thorough, and Dr. Boss is great. Best dentist we’ve found in Santa Fe (and we’ve been to quite a few).

The staff are friendly and the environment is peaceful. Dr Malone has a wonderful way of being positive and informative. She helped me with a diagnosis and I left feeling well cared for.

Great staff from the front desks to the hygienist to the Dr. Explained all the processes and why check to make sure insurance coverage no surprises.

I'm not a fan on the dentist, believe me!! Im scared of then to be honest. But...Santa Fe Family Dentist is amazing!! The hygienists are great, the do a wonderful job, and are very on top of making sure your comfortable and know what's going on. Dr. Malone is THE BEST. Hands down. She's amazing! She can't do anything about the sounds- but she'll work with you to make everything else as positive as possible! NEVER even felt the shots!! Guys, she's that great. This place deserves 7 Stars!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband is a patient at this dentist and we are not satisfied but feel trapped until he gets his dentures finished. We dont want to start the whole process all over again. We live on Storrie Lake just outside of Las Vegas and have to travel quite far and to be treated like we are unwanted homeless people. We live off the grid and haul all our own EVERY THING so we can look kind of rough sometimes. We have let the people who work there know our situation but that hasn't helped. Customer service should matter. It certainly does to us both, having been working professionals for most of our lives (David is 62 and I'm 49) so we know how customers and clients should be treated. As soon as David's dentures are ready we plan to find a new practitioner with at the very least an atmosphere that is both courteous and professional.

Although someone forgot to enter my first apt on their schedule so they didn’t expect me, I was able to get in soon after and was very pleased with the primary experience. X-rays, exam and cleaning were all professionally done well. Friendly and ADAM, the hygienist, was especially helpful with tips regarding my oral hygiene needs. I look forward to returning every six months for my cleaning...

Loved Santa Fe Family Dentistry! Adam was my hygienist and did an awesome job. He explained my x-rays and gave me useful tips to improve my routine. Dr. Donahue did a great job making sure I understood my preventative care and what to keep an eye on. I already made my next appointment for six months out because I will always come here now!

Great service. I was on a trip to Santa Fe and woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible tooth pain. This dentists office got me in first thing Friday morning and back in Saturday when it worsened. They spoke to my regular dentist on a Saturday and crafted a plan to tide me over until I could get back home since my tooth required a specialist. They were wonderfully helpful and did a great job, can't say enough good things about the experience.

It’s been a pleasure from the day I called through the day I got some work done. Front desk staff - AWESOME!! They even chased around my 20 month old so I could get checked out. Assistants - AWESOME. They’re actual humans that aren’t afraid to converse and are constantly worried about your comfort. Dentist - AWESOME! Fast painless and tell you what they’re doing every step. Professional too, in that they’ll tell you what is actually “up”, the plan, and potential outcomes.
