Dr. Malone is so amazing!! She’s gentle and will guide you on her every move. She’s so down to earth I will drive hours just to see her. She is very professional and always so happy. Her staff is incredible. Amanda is so sweet and very helpful. Terese the receptionist is kind and very friendly! The entire staff is always smiling and they all greeted me while I was in the waiting room. Just love this place, you won’t go anywhere else! They all make you feel like your family! ❤️

This was my initial check up and cleaning. The front office staff was professional and welcoming. The hygienist listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dentist also listened to my concerns/fears. Overall it was an outstanding visit. Thank you

Everyone is always so nice and polite at Santa Fe Dentistry. They know you by name the minute you walk in the door. I actually enjoy going to the dentist because they aren't just dental hygienists, their friends.

Do not go here. They literally bribe their clients for 5 star reviews. They have a new dentist every single time I go back. They can't keep the good ones. I had an apparently small change in treatment, yet they did not explain why it was more intense(which goes against informed consent). I had intense pain the second I left the office, it's been a week and the pain only gets worse. I tried asking for antibiotics, and they said no. They ended up calling me back saying they could (why tell me no then?) and then NEVER put the prescription in. When I called to ask why, DAYS LATER, they claimed they did put in the prescription but it "wasn't their fault" that cvs had no record of the prescription they claimed to have put in. If you want a terrible infection this is the place for you! Want unhelpful receptionist? Go here! Do you want sterile equipment and doctors that will give you better care than a dental student? Go ANYWHERE but here. They SELL 5 star reviews, I got $100 off my procedure for giving them a false 5 star review. If that's not a huge red flag for how bad their treatment is, then I don't know what is. I had to see a new dentist to fix everything wrong they did. A receptionist told me "dentists just like to talk smack about each other" when I explained they had to remove my stitches and put in new bone, because their employees are so incompetent. How is "gossip" an excuse for poor medical work? If you want weeks of pain, terrible preventable infections, and thousands of dollars to fix their mistakes, go here. If you do choose to go here, I recommend you have a good lawyer on hand. Save yourself and your money!

First time patient. Everyone from the front desk folks to Dr. Nylund was very friendly and helpful. Did a thorough exam and cleaning. I will be happy to go back.

As a new patient I was made welcome and comfortable immediately. From x-rays with Tamara through a great cleaning with Adam, to meeting the dentist and reviewing my dental health plan, I was impressed with the care that was provided. Adam explained everything clearly. The dentist was very interested and allowed me to participate in my care plan. It was a really great, painless experience. After a pandemic and hunting for a new dentist in the new home area, I really found the right place.

I don't normally write reviews and am generally a positive/easy going person, but I am frustrated currently and have had bad experiences at this place. I don't know if they are going through management changes or what is going on. My crown fell off over a month ago and I have called and left messages and no response from the clinic. Called one final time and was put on hold and still no appointment. The dentist who put in my crown in 2017 also was a visiting dentist at this clinic and was newly in the field. I agreed to have him do my crown instead of a more experienced dentist. The pain I experienced during the procedure was very intense, which I was told they did not know why the pain injections weren't working for me. It was uncomfortable and painful. I still gave this clinic the benefit of the doubt and went back for cleanings, which were fine, but scheduling has been a pain. Overall, bad experience. I hope others have better experiences than I have.

I had an excellent dental experience at Santa Fe Family Dentistry and Orthodontics. The staff are accommodating, respectful, friendly and exceedingly professional. I had my deep-cleaning procedure done today (June 20, 2017) by their highly qualified professional. During this procedure, I had experienced the best dental service for my entire life. The staff had clearly explained the procedure step-by-step. I felt comfortable and secure with his very friendly and mindful words until the end of the procedure. I will definitely recommend this amazing dental clinic to those who are seeking for the best dental service.
