Great experience. The staff is kind and courteous and are happy to take the time to answer questions, and make the notoriously arduous event of a dental appointment as much of a breeze as possible. Highly recommended all around!

Everyone is very courteous. Like that you are acknowledged when you walk in. Adam is also great. Very little wait time is wonderful. Really appreciated that I was able to get unexpected crown the same day as routine visit for cleaning. Adam, Dr Chin, Conner and staff were all great

Dec 2022 follow-up hygienist appointment: Adam was excellent. In and out fast.
However, I was dismayed to learn I had a large bill. I had been charged and paid in full after every visit, but the amount got adjusted because of insurance. I should not be misquoted for a year and be left with a balance at year end for that portion not paid by my dental plan.

Very impressed. From start to finish everyone that I came in contact with were extremely helpful and professional.

Dr.Justin is a caring dentist who fit me into a busy schedule to fix a crown. His team are competent and kind, and I was well cared for.

I love this dentist. I’ve been coming here for about four years. The receptionist are great and the assistants are so nice and quick. My main dentist Adam is amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was impressed upon my first and only visit, so far. Really no wait time at all, very pleasant staff and very knowledgeable, likable dentist.
I was very pleased at the advised work I needed , definitely not exaggerated and the cost was reasonable. I have had advice and cost estimates at other offices ( before I moved to Santa Fe) and they were considerably more.
Also, there is no wait to begin my treatment.

I would not trust these reviews. I had a bad experience with their Dr. Pacheco and wanting to overcharge me. He was also unethical when he tried to see me instead of referring me to an endo.

I Have been at this practice for over 20 years and it has always been great service. I will say that for the last two visits a dentist was not available to check our teeth after cleaning. We have good teeth and rarely have issues. Never happened before and I started with Dr Pacheco as a kid and came back after going to college and started on my own insurance. Dr Pacheco retired and new providers now. Definitely not the same family feeling as before. So I would say that it is disappointing to have two visits in a row without a dentist, but the staff are super friendly and Adam is a fantastic hygienist.
