Went to see Dr. Patel when I came home for the holidays and suddenly had a painful molar - I was seen and examined same day and came back just a few days later for my root canal! He is exceedingly kind and thorough and made the whole process very easy for me. Front desk staff and assistants are helpful and very kind as well - I don’t have dental insurance so it ended up costing a pretty penny but they did their best to recheck my medical insurance and see where they could help me (they do offer their own in-house “dental club” sort of thing but I don’t live permanently in the area). Very pleased with the service I’ve received here, I definitely recommend Dr. Patel and his staff!

I had come to North Carolina to visit my daughter and I was one of the Free Whitening winners through Facebook. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I had my whitening with the BEST hygeniest and and had other teeth fixed and never had pain! The staff was the kindest and most caring! Highly recommended and will have all my dental work done there!!

I think overall, this was a great experience. I did have some discomfort afterwards, but they did a very aggressive cleaning. The only discomfort was from where I was numbed on the lower jaw. They suggested I take ibuprofen. I did, and it helped. I would recommend CarolinasDentist for several reasons. They are friendly, reasonably priced, and very flexible with their scheduling. I have a very fixed schedule and sometimes I need a Saturday or evening appointment. My wife also gives them high marks. We will continue to do business there. Save those choppers!

Was able to get a quick appointment. All staff was professional and respectful of my time. DR B quickly assessed my troublesome tooth and filled the tooth the same say and quickly. I am doing well, without pain.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk, the hygienists and the assistants seem happy to work there and one of the assistants told me that she absolutely loves working there. That's something I look for in a dentist or a doctor's office.
Dr. Graves has a wonderful chairside manner and took the time to answer all my questions. I had a lot of work done in one day and they were quick but thorough. He also called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay which is something to me that is a sign of a dentist who cares. I'm always comparing new dentists to my childhood dentist, and Dr. Graves reminds me so much of him. This practice is wonderful, and I'm so happy that I FINALLY found a dentist I trust. I'd had a run of bad luck with dentists for the past few years.
