I love Carolinas Dentist! Tiffany P is amazing!! I drive from out of state, she’s that good. Always takes care of me and helps with my dental anxiety (it’s almost non-existing now thanks to her). Everyone there is so nice and make sure you are doing great. They answer all your questions and make sure you are comfortable while you are there.

CarolinasDentist was my first dentist since moving back to the area. I must admit I was a little hesitant because I loved my old dentist. But as it turns out, my experience was extremely hassle free. I called for an appointment and got the time and date I wanted - only 3 days later. It might have been sooner if I hadn't needed a 7am appointment. I showed up, filled out the required paperwork (I could have done it online) and was called to be seen within minutes. The Dentist greeted me, introduced himself, and the other staff that I would be dealing with that day. Then he sat down and we talked for a few minutes (something he does with all new patients) and then the rest is history. They seem to have all the latest equipment and the exam/cleaning was straight forward and drama free. Before I left, my hygienist gave me my free whitening kit, and made my next appointment in the same room I was seen. I didn't even have to check out at the front desk. Highly recommended, and hope their relationship with my family will endure. Did I mention they have evening hours too?

I made an appointment for cleaning but ended up getting done exams and X-rays. I was sent home without getting my main purpose of appointment. I was late about 10 minutes but I called and asked if we were still okay to keep my appointment. The lady upfront said “ we will not do your exams since you are late but we can do cleaning” I didn’t make an appointment for X-rays anyway so I said perfect. We did totally opposite event though I mention several times I wasn’t here for exams or etc. I was told “ you have to get it before cleaning”. Here I’m at home still confused what just happened.

Easy to get started with the group. Very professional, my hygienist did an great job and the dentist was easy to talk to and she was knowledgeable. I will be back for my next cleaning. Their membership program is a great value for the services provided.

Outstanding care! Appointment was made in a timely and accommodating fashion. When I arrived, I had no wait time. They had me pre-checked in and was called back almost immediately.
Doctor and staff extremely friendly and professional. All work was done much more quickly than I had anticipated. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone.
