I was anxiety ridden because I haven't been to the dentist is MANY years and the staff was just amazing!! Walked through everything before doing it and explained their findings after! 10/10 for making me comfortable and educated

They are the best, every single employee that has helped me or I’ve talked too when passing by or checking in/out have always been extremely friendly and helpful. They explain everything so well and make you sure you feel comfortable the entire time and even remember you from visits ago.

This was my first time at this practice. Everyone from the front office staff to the Dr. were friendly and welcoming. I did not have to wait long to be seen. I also like the fact that they use updated technology. I had to have a filling. The process was painless, I really appreciate that because I have a phobia about dentists. Everything they did was explained in detail.

Carolinas Dentist Southern Pines is always quick to get us an appointment whether emergency work in or regular cleaning. Very professional and accommodating to our schedules with my family's busy life style. Recently my husband had an emergency procedure performed by Dr. B and she handled it promptly.

I’ve been going here for a few years and never had a problem. I arrived a few minutes early and the receptionist said they couldn’t access my medical history on their computer so I had to fill out the forms even though I did it at the last visit. I did it pretty quickly but still waited until noon before being called back. They did my radiographs and the dentist looked at me before the cleaning was done. I was then left another 15 minutes at which time I flagged someone down because clearly they forgot about me. Finally a tech showed up and cleaned my teeth. I explained that they should have called me to reschedule instead of making me wait when they were understaffed(a tech was on maternity leave).

I broke a tooth. They worked me in on my schedule, explained the problem after an examination, laid out my options as well as the cost of those options and fixed the problem on the initial visit. Well organized , efficient , friendly group of dental professionals.

Dr. Roman made us feel very welcome and comfortable upon meeting him. He was very thorough and knowledgable. I am very pleased with his demeanor and how we'll he explained all of my dental issues. I have yet to meet a more friendly, knowledgeable and thorough dentist.

Carolina Dentist in Aberdeen gave me an appointment a month ago to be checked for the first time. Suddenly, they called me one day before to let me know that my insurance is not in network. I completely understand that my insurance has to update their information, but It would have been helpful to know this in advance. I hope they can change the process on behalf of the new clients.

First things first- I avoid the dentist. Like actively avoid it. After not having dental care for 7 years, I broke down and went because I couldn’t ignore the pain in my teeth anymore.
My hubby found their site online. They were in-network with our insurance, and had good reviews. I submitted an appointment request online, and they called me first thing the next morning. They got me in the same day! Not only that, everyone was extremely nice...the receptionists; their insurance person, Makenzie; the hygienist (Margaret?); Dr. B and Brandy. THEN, icing on the cake, they offered to fix everything if I could come back later in the day! (Which was awesome- that way I didn’t have to go home and stress about having to go back the next week, etc.)
I highly recommend them, especially if the dentist makes you nervous. Everyone I encountered was so kind, and the office itself has a very quiet, calm, relaxing ambiance.

Going to a new dentist is slightly scary. Everyone here was VERY pleasant and made me feel very welcome!! The exam was thorough and the doctor was able to answer every question I had. I liked that the office was very clean and the equipment appeared to be very modern. I would highly recommend them!
