Front desk was very friendly! Nice doctor. My hygienist Molli was so amazing, sweet, kind, caring and gentle. Tiffany T helped the nice assistant get some of my X-rays and made me feel super comfortable. The music was good too. 🤙🏼

Carolinas Dentist staff was amazingly supportive and helpful throughout my daughters visit. The place was very welcoming and heart warming, and the staff was incredible. I couldn’t have been more happy with the visit. They have the most friendly and caring staff and I look forward to continuing my visits and my family’s visits.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and so personable. This is a great establishment. Today was my daughter's first appointment and they made her feel so comfortable and made sure I was too as the parent. I am very excited that we found Carolina Dentist for our whole family.

The customer service is over the top and I like the way that Taylor is so knowledgeable about his job. I sit and watch how things go on. You never know who watching. I would highly recommend this Dental office to others. Tell Taylor to keep up the good work, it's so appreciated.

Dr. Sedberry and her D.A. Bailey were very professional, efficient, and an overall Great Team! I’m from out of town and had a dental emergency. They did an outstanding job taking care of an unexpected root canal to help relieve my intense pain. Thanks to the whole staff for making my visit a pleasant one. I will return as a regular patient due the stellar service provided by all personnel at your office.

All the staff there is wonderful and friendly, and I just love Taylor the check out receptionist!!! He is always on top of things and provides excellent customer service! I'm so thankful for them all!

My husband and I get very good dental care here, I have been to other “ Dental Chain” practices but this one is exceptional. Our dentist and our dental hygienist take their time and make sure all concerns are addressed. Very professional right down to the support staff at the front desks and I have never had to wait, they are usually waiting on me!

At Carolina Dentistry in Southern Pines I have been blessing with my dentist and her team mate. my experience has been more than pleasant able it’s been great. The work she has done is far morn superior to any dentist i’ve ever seen before. Her knowledge and professionalism and effects along side her assistant has put a smile on my face which I’m proud to see

I chipped my front tooth and they worked with me to get in same day. The dentist and assistant were amazing and made me feel completely at ease. They did a wonderful job, and it was done in 40 minutes.

I am a military veteran and was sent her by the VA. Upon arrival I was greeted by a clean, pleasant atmosphere and a very friendly receptionist. She explained a few details and asked me to have a seat in the waiting area. About five minutes later a friendly young lady named Abby, dental hygienist assistant, accompanied me to an x-ray and then escorted me to my exam room. Here Abby took some more x-rays and explained that the dental hygienist, Molly would be arriving shortly to perform my dental inspection and cleaning. Within a few minutes a very pleasant and professional Molly arrived and went over a few details on what was to come and the exam and cleaning began. She was gentle with me because I do have TMJ and so my jaws tend to hurt and pop when my mouth is open for any duration. She was so patient and I never felt rushed or that I was a nuisance. She was gentle when cleaning my teeth and even used the water pick, which is what I prefer versus the traditional cleaning tools. She was very thorough in explaining the condition of my teeth, gums, and bones. After Molly was finished the doctor came in. She was also pleasant and asked if I was having any issues with my teeth. She did her exam and was back out. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience at this dental clinic and I will be returning for my next dental cleaning. The only issue/concern I had was the dental chair in each exam room as facing towards the wall so the patients back is towards the entry door. Many of my fellow military veterans will understand this - most veterans do not like sitting with their backs to a door. For myself, I have PTSD/anxiety and it’s escalated when my back is facing a door. Thus explaining why my blood pressure was elevated. It would be really wonderful if the exam chairs would be facing the door. Otherwise what a fantastic experience!
