I’ve been coming here for cleanings for nearly two years and they have always been pleasant and professional. Today I had a “crown” emergency that stressed me out. Carolinas Dentist had the solution. The doctor and assistant were efficient and very kind. The new technology made a crown replacement a one visit deal. I’m leaving a happy camper with a happy mouth.

Extremely poor customer service and extremely poor dental services.
I paid nearly 8,000.00 cash out of pocket no insurance and got painful dental work and teeth that do not fit without extreme pain.
I finally gave up and changed dentist and canceled my treatment plan with them that seemed to be a scam anyways.
All these claims of great dental work have to be friends and family or employees.
Over 9 months of treatment I hardly ever seen the same employee's in their office.extremely high turnover rate.im a wounded Warrior and cant believe how I have been treated.

My visit to Carolinas Dentist in Southern Pines was handled promptly and professionally. The office staff was very friendly and polite. Dr. Mullet took time to explain the procedures that would be necessary, Lacy patiently explained aspects that would be involved in my treatment plan, and Bobbie did her best to help me understand financial responsibilities regarding insurance coverage. I have always been self-conscious about my teeth and am looking forward to seeing how they will improve my smile.

The staff and office was the best! This is the best dentist office for my family. Our first visit was today for myself and two young children. The staff, hygenists, and Dr. B were knowledgeable and friendly. They truly cared about us as patients and I look forward to our next visits. Very kid friendly and my children have never been so thrilled about dentist appts but this time they were! Highly recommend if you live in the area.

These folks are the best. Plus their pricing is competitive. I had an old crown break and they worked me in. The skill of Dr. Graves and his staff was outstanding. The administrative support staff was professional and pleasing to work with.

Going to the dentist was never my favorite thing to do, but everyone at Carolinas Dentist makes it a very positive experience. The ladies out front are always polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Bree is an excellent hygienist that has always taken great care with my cleanings. Last, but certainly not least, Dr. B and Victoria are an awesome team! They have provided me with top notch dental work and follow ups. They work so well together as a team. Plus, they are fun!
