I came into the office a couple hours before close with pain from a root canal. The only Dentist working had two people already scheduled but still made time for me, the Tech and the receptionists also went above and beyond to make sure they did whatever that possible to help me. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic Dental Clinic, everyone was beyond kind and knowledgeable, physical care was just flawless. Every procedure was fully explained and executed with extremely soft touch, at no time did I experience any pain. I've been in Dental clinics for over 60 years both civilian and military, this Clinic is hands down the best of all, they were phenomenal in every endeavor.

Completely horrible experience. I came in for a cleaning and was explained all the details of my plan. Also was insured that I would be able to get what I wanted done in an hour because I was extremely busy. After X-rays and exam I was informed that I would need a deeper cleaning. Mine you I was never informed that i could opt out of said cleaning and get what i asked for. Then the guy up front processed to talk down to me try to force me to pay extra force not wanted for he suggested. And explaining it to him calming he accrued me of speaking rudely to him( Also a witness in lobby notice my calm another I was being mistreated)and walked away from me. After talking to the lady that signed me up for my plan she informed me they could definitely do my cleaning right now but the would be another hour of waiting. By then I no longer want to do deal with a Dentist office that would hire someone that talks to patients the way he did. Not only did I not get my teeth cleaned, I also wasted 2 hours of my already busy out 127 dollars. Let's not forget the gallons of gas with gas at 4.19 a gallon. And I'm afraid that he's going to charge my card on file because I canceled my plan, considering he threatened to charge me over 300 hundred while he was speaking very rudely to me. This all sucks because I had a great experience with Tiffany, Dr. B and the assistant whom was great at listening. Please informed them that they aren't the problem I would have paid double with the way they treat their patients. But I will not be returning

After not having dental insurance for over 3 1/2 years, I finally got it. A few months ago, I had scheduled an appointment with another dentist office in the area, after being worked up, they told me they couldn’t help me with the situation I had going on because they had someone else to come in. So I typed in Carolina Dentist, went by there and asked are they taking walk ins, the time was close to closing and the gentlemen up front told me to hold on, he came back and said yes she’s available. I had this bad gum/tooth pain, I couldn’t take it anymore. Well I was seen by MD Wexler, she was AMAZING, I have never been so comfortable with someone messing with my mouth like I was with her. I’m not a fan of getting a tooth pulled. I didn’t have much pain afterwards or even days later. She was wonderful. The whole staff was awesome. I’ve been back three times since, from now on, this will be my main Dentist office. 5 stars for me!!

I have a lot of anxiety with dental offices and everyone from front desk to assistant to dentist helped calm my anxiety. Everyone was very kind and made you feel so at ease! The best experience I have ever had at a dental office and now I don’t dread going back!

Tiffany performed my cleaning so gentle as she is warm and kind. Dr Wexler administered my numbing medicine. Both extremely kind & warm and professional. Reception very kind, professional and timely. Every aspect of my visit was smooth! What more could you ask for. Highly recommend!

I have never been treated with such kindness and respect by a Doctor/office team. I am petrified of the dentist and everyone here I came in contact with went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. This is the only dentist I’ll be going to and I can’t praise them enough for how wonderful they were to me!!

Molli Tallant did a great job! She's the best hygienist.. Dr Sedberry did a great job too

The service here is outstanding! Dr. Sedberry was wonderful! She was very “gentle” in her work and very concerned about patient comfort and well being during the entire process. The entire staff that I came in contact with including office and dental, were all extremely professional yet warm and inviting. The facility was very nice and the technology was top notch. I highly recommend Carolina’s Dentistry, and Dr. Sedberry!
