A dentist was able to see me within 4 hours of a need developing. I had cracked a tooth at lunch and this office was able to get me in for examination by 4:30 p.m. The staff and MD were very attentive and did a thorough exam with x-ray to determine the extent of damage. They did not rush me through even though it was at day's end and handled me with a very caring and professional attitude.

Everyone is so nice from check in, while setting in the chair, all the way to check out. They talk to you and let you know what's going on and everyone makes you feel at ease. Everyone is so Professional. I would recommend Carolina Dentist to any one that need a dentist. Don't put it off for years like I did. Friendly staff. Very welcoming and professional. Just try to make sure to do your check in properly and confirm your appointment time. Mine was changed a few times and I was not notified about the third change so I was 30 minutes early.

The dentist I had was highly unprofessional. She lacked empathy, had poor customer service skills and needs to take a course on morals and ethics. I have never been so disrespected in my life by a Healthcare professional. My six year old witnessed this and had to ask if I was ok. The front desk staff and dental assistant, Victoria had professionalism and were great. However, the female doctor needs to be more patient centered and have a more professional demeanor (ex: eye rolling and a nasty tone). I am a medical professional and would never treat my patients like this.

I love this office. They are pretty quick and all the ladies are very nice. I also feel like they are fairly priced working well with insurance or there own in house plans.
I’ve been going here for over a year now and still enjoy the office and the environment. With COVID in play they are that much more careful during the appointments but it’s that same wonderful service and great staff.

Started going here a year ago. The first time I walked in I knew I had found something special. I was in and out, which was different from usual long waits. The level of compassion alone is worth going here.
I ended up getting my husband in, and with the level of work, we were looking at some heavy costs. It was super stressful, and my husband wanted to try and go somewhere else. In my heart I knew we were supposed to be there, so I convinced him to stay, because I think service and quality is worth the price.
Yesterday we were surprised expecting to pay $794 to $270. They quote you worse case scenario, so it's a nice surprise when it's not what you prepared for. The dentist actually surprised us, and charged the last tooth at the minimum price, which should have been the high price. After the year we had, I was blown away and blessed by the generosity.
People say it's about the money, but I learned it's not always what you expect. Either way, you are paying for top quality service, because they work at your level of comfort, and are in no rush like some I've been to that lead to a lot of problems after procedure.
