Wonderful experience. Had to have an emergency tooth extracted. They were able to get me in same day. Office staff was wonderful and got me checked in right away. Within 5 mins I was in the chair. Dr. Wexler and her team were outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. Tooth was removed easy and pain free. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist within the Southern Pines/Aberdeen area.

I had an awesome experience, my tooth was chipped, scheduled the same day. Signed in to the office and next i noticed I was sitting in the chair watching this amazing dentist and assistant collaboratively work together to have the fantastic final result a beautiful tooth that looked brand new. I was feeling so proud. Thank you so much ch. I will be looking forward to my teeth cleaning in December. Thank you again to everyone!!

All around great experience. Had a really bad experience at my previous dentist. I needed a root canal done and they knocked it out of the park. Only negative things I could say would be related tastes and smells that they have no control over. The staff is extremely friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Any questions I had were answered. And to top it all off they took a 3D image and we’re able to on-site cnc my permanent crown.

I absolutely LOVE everything about Carolinas Dentist in Aberdeen NC. From the minute you walk in the door until you're ready to leave,everyone is so friendly and personable. Great customer service is an understatement. Sierra is a gem and always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Sedberry and her team are one of the BEST teams at a dental office that I have ever encountered ( I've had my share of dental experiences). I HIGHLY recommend them.

Dr. B got me in for a dental emergency. She is truly wonderful. Super thorough, answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire process. Her staff was also fantastic. All super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

I have good, bad and ugly things to say about my experience. First the good, staff and doctor was very professional. Second what was bad is I was told my insurance company would pay at 100% and received a $450.00 bill and was given 45 days to pay before the dental office would do anything else for me. The dental office misinformed me about the insurance coverage. Third, I still have an ugly chipped tooth because the initial work did not last and still had to pay the ugly bill.

I loved my experience here. The technicians , doctors, and staff were wonderful and always cheerful. Anytime they were doing anything they made sure to take my comfort first, while also answering any questions I had. I was originally skeptical about this visit because it appeared to be a "chain" of offices, not just one doctor. Despite my reservations I felt at home from the moment I came in the door. If I had the choice I would gladly come back here for further treatment, and/or evaluations.
