I was in a lot of pain, and when I called and told them, they gave me an appointment for the next day. Staff was amazing and did everything they could to ensure I did not leave my appointment in pain.

They do a great job cleaning but I always feel like I’m being sold to. Invisiline, whitening, added deep cleans. I never leave the office without being hit up for additions my insurance doesn’t cover.

They are always nice and make you feel comfortable. Another great service provided by the staff. I just wish my insurance was going to be accepted in 2018. I'm comfortable with the staff.

Do your homework. Recommended work that was not needed. I have been to two other Dentists who confirm that fact. The cancelled my appointment and I was in terrible pain from an infected tooth for a "Big Case". Dollars$$ in other word. Initially I could not get an appointment for another week. I didn't get any help until I came to their office. Some of the staff is rude. The reviews sound like they are written by the same person. Too bad the Dentists are in it for the money. Went else where for a much better cost effective treatment $700 Vs recommended lose to $7,000. Again do your homework!!

Had a broken tooth, got me in with no problem. It was snowing and was called to see if I was still coming, even wanted to know if I would feel better coming in earlier than planned. The whole entire staff was, what customer service is all about. I should know because I've been in customer service industry for over 20 years. Great place for dental work. I was treated like I was the only person in the office. Even on paying at the end, amount was greater than was told. But I didn't have to say anything, I was told it wasn't right and it was fixed without, any problems.

Went in for a scheduled crown and DR. B was able to refill the tooth and save me the expense for the time being. Dr. B and her staff are personable, professional and really make dentist trip as pleasant as it can be. BJ

I can't say enough good things about Carolinas Dentist. The entire staff, especially Dr. B and Victoria are absolutely wonderful. They have always treated me like family and are so accommodating regardless of my needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

When I came to the clinic for the first time, I was greeted very kindly. Examination , x rays and consultation were for free. I liked the time Dr. Cameron spent with me explaining that I did not need new crowns and that there were no cracks in my crowns, which another dentist told me I had. Dr. Cameron is very thorough and I liked the time he spent explaining things to me. I am changing dentists and will save a lot of money.

Everyone is always so sweet every time I’m in to visit. Bree, my hygienist, is always so kind, gentle, and remember me and my family. I thought Carolina Denist would feel like a big brand box store, but it only looks like it from the outside. Once you walk in you feel that family feel and it’s lovely.
