What a fabulous dental experience!!!! The girls were lovely, from the front office to the hygienists (sorry for the spelling!). Great exam!!!! Great cleaning!!!! Then met Dr. Graves!!!!! Never had a dentist so informed and interested in me! He is no pressure, has cutting edge suggestions for solutions for issues with my teeth. STELLAR GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS!!!!!!!!!!

This has to be the best dentist office in the state! Dr. Smith is great! Morgan is always a joy and so is Ashlyn. What can I say besides they are a great team and truly care about the patient. I weirdly look forward to going to the dentist now. Thanks y’all!

From the moment i got in every member of the staff had a smile on their face. From the receptionist to the doctor everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The doctor took the time to get to know me as a person not just as a patient. I was also very impressed with the equipment, every thing seemed to be new and top of the line. I have a history of being terrified of the dentist and today completley changed my feelings. Absolutley amazing all around five stars !

Every employee was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! I thoroughly recommend their office to anyone and everyone! If you have kids they have TVs on the ceiling. They play movies and give them headphones to make the experience more comfortable.

I’ve been a patient for about 18 months now; today was my 6th visit. I was expecting to be seen by the same Dr and Hygienist as all my previous visits, since I was asked on the phone if that’s what I wanted when I rescheduled my visit. Well, I ended up seeing a new Hygienist and Dr after all. Anyway, the tall left handed female Hygienist whose name I can’t recall. Did a great job! I usually experience some discomfort during the process and soreness afterwards. Today I didn’t experience neither, and like to extend my Thanks for a job well done!

I went to CarolinasDentist after speaking with staff, they told me I would be able to set up a payment plan. After paying $108 upfront giving me an x-ray etc. It was determined that I didn't qualify for carecredit. They told me that I would have to pay upfront for an extraction of a tooth that had broke in half!! They weren't very helpful and understanding of my needs to set up a payment plan. In my opinion, they were just money hungry.

I love this dentist office. ALL of the staff are amazing, kind, and patient with my little boys. I would recommend any one with kids go here! Plus they get a free “did awesome” little toy that keeps them loving this place!
