Doctor B and her assistant Maggie or excellent that take good care of you mention that there's no pain and that you are properly using your mouth in your teeth. Front desk staff make sure that insurances are properly tags and that there's no worry to you awesome staff

This was my first appointment at this office. They made the process easy and affordable. My hygienist was great and took the time to answer all of my many questions. I will definitely return to Carolina’s Dentist in the future!

Dr. Magdalena Blaszczec and the rest of the team are great! I have frequent visits as a invisalign patient. It has been a little over a year and I am just starting a third round of trays. Thankfully, they are very patient with me and they will happily keep ordering me trays until I am a 100% satisfied with my new smile. The front end staff is also great! I am always greeted with a smile. Oh and the new Saturday hours are amazing because now I don't have to use my PTO to go to the dentist.

Always have a great experience there from the warm greeting at the front desk to the dental hygienist and techs! The dentist was very friendly and she was very thorough. Would definitely recommend this dental practice!

I was treated with kindness and respect. All questions were answered with understandable explanations that allowed for decisions that were best for me regarding health and financial considerations. Choices were given with recommended selections. I am pleased with the whole experience.

This is a great place. I love my dental hygienist she is great and the dentist is pretty cool himself. They get me out in time when I ask them to. The only thing that stoped me from giving them a 5 stars is there is always an issue with what they are going to charge me. Sometimes they says is free other times it double of what they quoted me. It's very frustrating on that aspect.

Worst Experience EVER. When I was called back I was shown some images that were taken in Nov 2018, which I did not remember taken. Then, the hygienist tells me she had to check for periodontal disease and that it was something that is suppose to be done yearly but that “for whatever reason” it had not been done in almost 2 years. When she finished the cleaning she asked if I did not want the fluoride and I said no. I asked her how much was it and was told $25/$28 (can’t exactly remember) I asked her if it has always been that price or if they had lower the price. The hygienist stated that it has always been the same price. I tell her that I was charged $40 something dollars last time I got it. She shook her head and looked down. She looked it up in my chart and sure enough I had paid $48 for fluoride. So she tells the lady at the front desk to fix that and the lady says she doesn’t “see a credit in my account”. I tell her what I explained to the hygienist about the pricing and that that is why she asked her to refund me the money. She tells me “they work in the back they don’t know anything, anything about pricing is up here”. I tell her that my friend and I have the SAME insurance. *added: when I say my friend and I have the same insurance, I mean that she has gotten the fluoride before and has paid $25/$28. Therefore not sure why I paid a higher price with the same insurance since the receptionist asked if I had a different insurance.* When I tell her I work in a doctor’s office and know about insurance she gets defensive with me. I tell her I want to talk to a manager and she tells me they aren’t here and to call tomorrow. I begin to tell her everything else the hygienist and I discuss and she tells me “well working with customer service you know not to be rude”. I’m sorry but if asking to get a refund b/c I was over price, explaining all the mistakes that have been made is rude... then yes I was rude. I CANNOT BELIEVE the customer service that they have at this place, and how wrong they do people. Filing insurances for services that weren’t even done. Over pricing people... most definitely will not be going back.

My visit was today and I felt a very warm welcome once again, The staff from the check in and the check out was awesome. Hygienist and Dentist was super awesome and super nice. Great experience once again today. Thank you!

Staff was great! Dr Wexler did a great job with my crown especially with my slight dental anxiety. Would recommend 10/10 to friends and family!
