I want to say that ASHEVILLE SMILE CENTER has AMAZING DOCTORS AND STAFF. They are so caring, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for taking care of my family!!!!!! On 09-28-20 I saw Doctor Payne and Angela. Doctor Payne gave me pain LOL!!! No they were very amazing i would recommend ASHEVILLE SMILE CENTER TO EVERYONE I KNOW. ASHEVILLE SMILE CENTER HAS HELPED MY ENTIRE FAMILY!!!!

Called this office to make an appointment asking them if they were a Delta Dental provider. they told me yes, absolutley. I made an appointment and I was treated very well, the office and people are nice. The problem is that they are NOT a Delta Dental provider. When my appointment was complete they asked me to pay up front, I was surprised. I have never ever had to pay up front for cleaning and xrays. Delta Dental was always just billed and I would recieve a statement in a week or two stating 100% covered. This was not the case, the charges were $205 which I paid up front and I am only going to be reimbursed by Delta Dental $152 due to the fact they are not a Delta Dental provider. I find this to bea bit dishonest and misleading. If they would have been honest and forthcoming up front I would not be out over $50. To all- be aware that they are not a Delta Dental povider when considering this office for your dental services.

Sadly I felt very "taken advantage of here". I was also under the impression that they were a Delta Dental provider. I see I am not the first one this has happened to. Because of this they have lost not one, but two patients. Very high tech place, but I need the money I have, with an income below $15,000 per year.

I’m a patient there and they take good care of me. I had just gotten my tooth pulled and when the doctor was going in to give me a shot, his assistant told me a story and held my hand and let me squeeze it when it hurt, I highly recommend going here

After being the Tooth Bus Driver for many years I just knew going to the dentist would be a challange after 6 years with out a check up or cleaning. I found a great deal on Groupons and made my appointment. Now after seeing Beth for my first visit I'm glad I found the Groupon. Thanks Beth for a great visit.

I recently tried to use their services and was extremely disappointed and they have no customer relations. I scheduled an appointment with them for three months in the future, which at the time I thought was ridiculous but it is a doctors office so I gave it a chance. They in turn called me back and tried to change the date via voice message. I never returned their call or accepted the new date, so they decided to change it on their own. When I missed the new appointment date I called to figure out what the issue was. They informed me that I missed it and their was nothing they could do for me but schedule a new date for another three months in the future. For a doctor office that is trying to drum up new business via groupon and cant make schedules for three months in the future. Sounds like they have all the clients they need unless they treat them like me and then I can understand why they need new people to piss off.
